This is a helpful product for people who can't take calcium pills, but it tastes horrible. I gave it four stars because it needs flavoring. However, you can put it in juice, tea or coffee with some sort of sweetener and you won't notice.

Don't waste your money.
WASTE OF MONEY!My little girl cried when I gave her this for the first - - and last - - time. I thought she was being overly dramatic until I tried it, myself. I have never tasted something so awful. I'm 40 years old and it nearly made me cry. What a waste of money. Of course, I can't return it since I opened it but I really want my money back.
