Arrived with Manufacturing/Firing Flaws
Product should have been sold as a second. Actually have purchased from Replacements, Limited with a more honest promotion. The top had a deep dimple that was clearly evident in the light. Will try to return to Amazon. Good luck you tell me? Arrived from United Kingdom, may have no recourse than to keep it.

I love this teapot so much I bought a second one to keep at my office. The mesh in the steeper is so fine no tea leaves get through at all. Pours well, looks cute, super easy to clean.
