Timorn Hard Transparent Plastic Protective Cases for GBA SP Gameboy Advance Sp Console (1 Set)

Clipped onto my Gamboy Advance SP with ease and does not come off easily, stays on really well. I liked it so much I purchased one for my husband’s model.

I brought this to protect my new decal. I'm very pleased with the quality and the snug fit of the case. It's very easy to put on and feels great while gaming. I would absolutely recommend this case to anyone with a game boy SP that they are looking to keep around in good condition for years to come.

I recently bought myself a new shell case rebuilt Gameboy SP Advance from a private seller that rebuilds the shell-cases, and sincerely needed a clear case for it to preserve its condition and man this snaps right on! Fits perfectly don't let any other mid-negative buyer reviews discourage you from buying this, it is highly recommended that you buy this for your gameboy sp!

I have to admit my expectations weren't very high, but I just finished modding a system, and I thought a clear shell would compliment the aesthetics. When it arrived today, I was impressed by the thought and care that went into packaging it for shipping. The bubble wrap, the sturdy little box, I thought this would be in very good shape. The problem is that the two clear pieces of the case are not protected from each other, and were placed together in a cheap bag where they have been scratching each other since birth.The real solution would be for the manufacturer to apply a thin protective layer of plastic that would protect it until the user removes it. Unfortunately this isn't how these were made, and they are just way too scratched to want to put on a system. Even though these are meant to protect the system, and naturally would pick up scratches by design, they shouldn't arrive in this condition.The final problem for me, is that they don't stay on if you're using an aftermarket shell. I applied this case to two of my modded GBA SP systems, and the top shell just falls off when you turn the system upside down. The bottom shell pops right off as well. The best was when I tried to open the system and both the top and bottom peeled off like a ripe banana, leaving me wondering whether I'm going to actually throw this thing away, or put it in THE DRAWER.On a final note, this case won't be complete garbage for some people. It actually fits really nice on my OEM system, and if it was in new condition upon arrival, I might give it three to four stars. I'm not going to bother returning it, since there's no guarantee the next one will look any better. Some quality control, and better preservation techniques would really help this product reach the consumer in acceptable condition.

Fits and snaps quite well and offers good protection from sweat from my hands but it's kinda hard for the bottom half of the cover to be remove if you have to replace the battery for a new one like I had to do.

I was also worried about it coming scratched up despite the nice packaging but behold its great ! Works well with my OEM gameboy sp & my custom rayquaza emerald sp, just had to budge it in a bit ! Used it to cover a repaint foe display I did and I didn't expect it to snap on so tightly. It has a but of flex but mostly a real hard plastic. This thing is NOT popping off without your deliberate involvement and that's exactly what I wanted. It's really great!Only thing is be aware for the price, you're going to probably have a few bumps here and there you'll need a dremel or a bit of sandpaper to grind off. I didn't care enough to remove the little one along the top edge for mine, I can live with it as ill never really touch that part, but be aware to inspect it FULLY first and be prepared to sand if you plan to use your SP a lot and the bumps are in high contact zones (it looks like at least the excess material is along outer edges and not around button cutouts).Overall great value for the price, I'm happy.
