Great product, exactly what I had hoped for. We have another similar pan with small shallow cavities which was good for mini pancakes, but this new pan is quickly becoming the no. 1 used pan in the house. We are using this on an induction stove top to make perfect egss for English Muffin Sandwiches and more. Low-medium heat with lid on until eggs are firm enough to flip without breaking yoke, creating a great gel like yolk which kind of resemble a poached egg. We do oil our pan regardless that its non stick. Maybe we don't have to, I'm not willing to try.We mixed up a batch of Krust-ease pancake mix according to the box. Filled the little cavities half way and let it go on medium heat. Flipped when bubbles broke and did nor immediately refill. Flipping takes a little finesse, but included silicone 'spoonula' does the job. Produced amazing thick pancakes shown in the picture. We definitely made too many for a single breakfast, but our kid liked them so much he ate some as a snack later, cold straight out of the fridge. I imagine we will have more successes as we try adittinal easy bake products like cornbread and muffin mixes.

Llevo usando esta sartén por 10 meses y sigue en perfecto estado. Nada se pega, lo que facilita mucho la limpieza y la cocción. Me encanta porque es lo suficientemente grande para hacer hasta 4 huevos a la vez o varias mini pancakes.Cuando preparo el desayuno para mi esposo y tenemos visitas, como nuestros padres, es súper práctico poder cocinar para todos al mismo tiempo, ahorrando mucho tiempo en la cocina.Además, los huevos o pancakes quedan de un tamaño pequeño que es ideal para servirlos junto a waffles o arepas.Definitivamente una excelente compra para quienes disfrutan de desayunos caseros y quieren algo funcional, duradero y fácil de usar.

The lid is literally cut glass with a wooden handle screwed in it. Not resistant to anything: not for dishwasher, not for oven, if it falls it shatters. The circle concavities do make perfect rounded fried eggs, but the flipping of them are difficult, and no kitchen utensil fits other than the one that came with. Overall is a nice product, the non-sticking works fine, but it can be improved.
