Quality Radio and Great Price
Great little VHF radio, it was a very easy install. The owner's manual had a template which made for a simple flush mount installation.

Did Not Receive What I Ordered
I ordered this VHF Radio, the IC-M330, for inside my cabin, as I have the exact same one up on my fly bridge. I received it and noticed it came without an antenna, so I ordered one separate. I overlooked that detail, that was not an issue. The box stated the inclusion of an antenna depended on the model, that was fine. When I received the antenna, I set to hooking it up. Only to discover that this Radio does not even have a port to plug in my antenna. The display screen shows a place for my GPS coordinates, buy without an antenna port, that function is inoperable. This is not what I ordered, and I am now left with a Radio that does not work as it should. I am not impressed.

Spend a little more on a different radio.
This radio lasted a whole 8 months. Volume control stopped working and unit would shut down and restart if you try to adjust the volume. It's a bare bones radio, but disappointed because of the $165 price tag. Haven't checked into warranty yet, but I don't have time to hassle with that. Just going with another brand and getting a new one.

max and company took $69.00 for a restocking fee from my refund for the item that volume didn't work and was returned with in 5 days don't buy from this seller if you want a full refund for a defective item
