I'm an artist, and 6 years ago I painted what I called my family portrait. The parents up top watching the kiddo hang upside down. When I saw this stained glass family portrait, I had to get it. It cute funny, and explained A LOT about my family. BTW, I'm the one hanging upside down!

This was not as described, it wasn't stained glass or glass, just a thick plastic. The colours were muted. Disappointing. Am in the process of returning item for a refund.

First, this is NOT a suncatcher!! It’s a thin metal hanging sign. It IS really cute though and I wanted it for my office door at work, so I like it more that it’s not a suncatcher. The colours are bright and it came with a suction cup if you still wanted to hang it in your window.

These owls are adorable! You can't help but smile when you look at them. I was expecting glass. They're actually plastic. Oh well. They're still sweet!

Maybe you will like this if you're the kind of person who buys decorative harvest corn from garage sales and ceramic dolls as decor. I picture the person who likes this has Tinkerbell truck decals, a Cold Play or Death Can for Cutie song lyric tattooed on their forearm, and genuinely laughs at Facebook memes. First, the item took forever; I'd assumed because they were making stained glass. Nope. It's metal, it's poorly cut and bent; it's just paint and not even painted by someone who knows how to paint well. The eyes are ridiculous. I wouldn't even hang this in my child's bedroom, because children deserve nice things, too. Second, it's not a suncatcher. The back is sloppy white paint. It is matte-finished and far from a suncatcher. Third, it's actually ugly. The quality reminds me of the woman I work with who claims she is a photographer but all her work is just way-too-zoomed in images of grainy dogs that she wraps around on mugs and hopes to sell. I am shocked at people who think it's cute? It's poorly drawn and poorly painted; it's genuinely an ugly, low-quality piece. Perhaps people are looking for a sliver of sun in the clouds of being lied to. If you, like me, are looking for a stained glass suncatcher, and this product advertises itself as that, please know you will not pay for one with these birds! A true waste of money and false advertising.
