Great quality for a derma needle. I appreciate the fact that they have so many different lengths. The other ones I’ve used start to “squeak” and this a smooth and easy to use and clean. Great product!!

The roller itself seems good quality and solid, but the 0.75 size really hurts if you’re not used to microneedling. It was more painful than I expected, especially on sensitive areas. If you’re new to this, I’d go with a shorter length first. Once you get used to it, maybe then move up. It works fine, just not very comfortable starting out.

I use it on my scalp for hair growth and think it may be working. Unit is sturdy and rolls smoothly. Easy to wash or rinse after use too.
