Prompt delivery of well-packaged product. I bought it hopefully to reduce the risk of mosquito bites when travelling in America- I did not get any bites but there weren't actually many mosquitos about so I can't vouch for its effectiveness!

Absolutely love this product. Having had covid and afterwards still low energy. I need help I can’t take iron supplements but looked in google and it came up with vitamin B1 so as I’d nothing to loose went on Amazon and found this one. Been taking it for just under a week and the difference in me is amazing. I’ve more energy now than before covid. I really recommend this
