This ligature is a knockoff of the Ishimori Woodstone metal ligatures. For $10, I wasn't expecting it to work at all--it certainly didn't fit on any regular mouthpieces. However with some minor work with pliers and a chamois cloth, I was able to get the shape of the ligature decent enough to function properly. The screws themselves are decent, and the only issue is that the rails in the middle are just a touch too wide so if one uses fairly narrow reeds, they will end up constricting the vibration of the reed shoulders. Again, if you're willing to invest some time into shaping it, it will work, and it's a lot cheaper than a current Bonade (which also has poor quality control and needs lots of shaping work).EDIT: After trying it for several weeks, and doing a bit of adjustment with it to fit some standard mouthpieces (Vandoren 5RV, Yamaha 4CM, etc.) I'm happy to report that this ligature does the job just fine, provided you stick with standard reeds like Vandoren and D'Addario. Avoid narrow-width reed designs so that the rails don't impact the reed shoulders. It certainly is a bargain at $10!

This ligature is better made than the flimsy one that came on the clarinet!

It’s not bad by any means there are some issues with it tho. First off it scratched up the outside my mouthpiece and it’s kinda small for my mouthpiece I use a BD5 so it’s a standard size. And lastly it feels like a “cheaper” bonade so if you like the bonade I would just get it instead of this
