Worth the money, It will charge an IPHONE 6s PLUS four times with a tad to spare, no other power bank can compare.
The power pack is rated at 16,000 mAh at 3.7 volt .But when converted to an 5 volt USB output and with loss for conversation and power bank electronics and heat you get around 11,840 mAh out. It charged my IPHONE 6s Plus four times (@ 3,700mAh). That's a 10,960 mAh load .All the others I tested were lucky to get two and a half charges and at twice the price. It is worth the money, i actualy took the time to purchase four different models from four different manafacturers , all around 16,000 to 20,000 mAh and priced between $24.00 and $64.00.The ELEPHONE thunder aced my simple test. All were fully charged as per directions included with the power banks and then i charged an IPhone 6s Plus as many times as i could under the exact same conditions until the ELEPOWER was totally discharged. The ELEPHONE Thunder came out ontop with an 93% battery efficiency rating , while all the rest rated between 55% and 70%. Not bad for $29.99

Died after three weeks of normal use
The Elephone Thunder 16000mAh QC3.0 Power Bank did not last a month with normal usage. It just died after about three weeks of normal use. One reviewer said that he was able to charge at over 3000 mA with this power bank. I have a Nexus 6p, and I was never able to charge with this power bank at more than 1700 mA (using Ampere to measure). The main problem that I had with this power bank is that it only lasted 3 weeks and then it completely died. No lights will come on. The power button does nothing. It's just dead. Amazon will only accept returns for three weeks or so. I have contacted Elephone to try to get it replace under warranty.

Elephone Won't cover the Warranty...two powerbanks failed. Dishonest
I purchased and own two of these pieces of junk, and they both failed. I would rate them Zero stars if I could. Both of mine are only 5 months old. The first one, the large usb port broke off inside the powerbank. The second one just flat out fail and no longer charges. The worse part is, Elephone won't honor their warranty, and make every excuse to not deal with it and ignore you.I also have one of Elephone's high end action cameras which is a piece of junk as well. Go look at their amazon store front. You will see they sell Elephone cell phone parts too. That should tell you to stay away from the phones as well.Elephone is dishonest, and doesn't deserve our business.STAY AWAY

Not bad for the price.
Too soon to judge how quickly it will charge off a QC3.0 USB adapter, or how its actual capacity stacks up against claims. That will come soon and I'll update this. It's inexpensive for its advertised capacity, which is why it gets 4 stars. It doesn't get 5 because while you CAN plug something into it to charge while it is being charged, if you do it does not "truly" act as a USB power UPS -- that is, when its charge power is connected and disconnected it glitches the output, and not a little either -- it shuts it down entirely, requiring you either unplug/replug or hit the button to re-start charging to the connected device. My older RavPower unit was a true "interactive" UPS in this regard, but sadly it died. It seems utterly nobody makes these power banks with that capability any more, and that stinks, as this is one of the more-useful purposes for such a device. Specifically, I would have liked to buy a couple more to use as UPS supplies for a Raspberry Pi3, but for obvious reasons if it glitches the output when the charging current goes away that won't work out so well....As a power bank, however, it's hard to argue with the capacity for dollars spent, and it does do QC on the output side, so it's a keeper. Just understand what you need it to do.

Seems to work fine
This was a gift for a friend who specifically asked for it, to connect to an iPhone and a Macbook, apparently it has worked out well for him; I was skeptical, I don't trust Chinese non brands much, but hey, it worked / hasn't exploded.
