Pizza fun
I have enjoyed playing with this pizza kit. I have made some great thin crust pizza, that has the wood/coal oven fired pizza qualities that I am emulating. I have the Weber 26" diameter kettle, which I absolutely love and the extension kit was perfect. Now if only someone made a round pizza stone that would utilize the extended space the 26" diameter offers of this grill.
