Wonderful Pistachios In Shell, Roasted & Salted Nuts, 32 Ounce Bag, Protein Snacks, Gluten Free Snacks, Healthy Snacks

I started eating pistachios in the shell on road trips but they are so dang expensive. So I started buying in bulk. These are that that tasty snack to keep you busy on a long drive, or I just have about a cup a day. This brand has been Wonderful, pun intended. The resealable bag does tear when I open them sometimes so I just dump it all into 1 gallon plastic bag with zipper slider. The value outweighs the resealability issue for me since everything else I found isn't resealable anyway. Not enough to deduct even half a star. They are too salty for my wife to bite open, but she likes to open them with her fingers and only eat the nut. I like to pop a few in my mouth at a time. They make a light salt version too, as well as a chili version. By time I made it through 48 oz of the chili one I went back to regular salt. This is probably good for people quitting smoking.

I can’t say enough about these, if you’re thinking about buying these and you love pistachio nuts - then, this is the place to buy them! You get a very big bag, super fresh (I imagine they sell a lot), and deliver it to your door for a lot less than you’d pay for half as many in any Super Market.

My favorite pistachios. Nice and salty but not overwhelming. I eat them just like that as a snack, but I'm sure you could use these for cooking or even as a topping for something. Easy to peel and delicious. I'm subscribed to receive this item once a month, and I look forward to it.

I've tried other lightly salted, shelled pistachios and there is a HUGE difference in taste with these. They're even greener and bigger than the others and the salt just enhances the flavor, it doesn't make the flavor. I recommend scooping out a serving first so that you don't eat them all in a sitting.I remember some years ago when my mom and I were on an Amtrak trip in California, she asked a few of the conductors or train attendants what the miles of trees were. She had to ask several because none of them knew that the trees were nut trees but they ALL knew the name of the prison they called the "university". I kinda laughed at the time, but we were a little fascinated by how neat and tidy the trees were, how they grew in a sculpted valley surrounded by beautiful mountains. To know that when I'm eating almonds and these pistachios I'm eating a product that I saw, that's grown in my country, in a state I lived in, I feel good about that. Now THAT is worth bragging about! Being able to tell a passenger where they're traveling through is paramount. And being able to tell them about one of California's greatest, WONderful gifts, an American staple, instead of a prison which most people would want to avoid and possibly fly over, is the real quality. We probably would have taken a tour if we had time.Regardless, those farms and orchards look good! These pistachios are excellent! I wouldn't write this long of a review if they weren't top shelf!

These nuts taste great with almost no broken ones. The saltiness, the color, the freshness and hardness are all perfect for my taste. I bought the 48 oz (3 lbs) bag and it should keep me munching for a while. When these run out i will be purchasing another bag.

These are not the best pistachios I've ever had, but they were fresh and tasty.
