Works great. I use it for about 10 minutes at a time. I like this style of on the floor neck traction the best.

It took me a couple tries to decide which height was right for me, I was also a little sore after the first 2 uses, but now all I'm noticing is more and more relief with each use. All and all I am satisfied and have told a couple of my coworkers to order a Curv as well.

Really solid product and at an amazing price! The fact that chirolux allows you to adjust the height on the Curv means my girlfriend and I can both use it and it fits us perfectly! Highly recommend this product to anyone in need of neck pain relief or looking to help restore their neck curv.

Usually I am disappointed with the various exercise / therapy devices on the market. However, this actually works for me. I woke up several months ago with neck pain. After trying everything I could think of, I went to a chiropractor. His adjustments were helping me and he gave me the exact same exercise that this helps one perform. He had me roll up a towel, lay on the floor, and then put it under my upper back so that my neck was hanging back. Now I do not have to spend time rolling up a towel. Also, this is harder which is better for alignment. There are three adjustment levels based on the blocks used. I use it on the lowest setting, which is with the two bottom blocks removed. It works great but does take some getting used to. This is a perfect daily exercise for my neck. I just lay on the floor while the back of my neck/head hangs over this. I am able to do this for 5 minutes. Eventually, I'll work up to 10 minutes. In summary, this works for me. I love the adjustment levels available and the ease with which this can be used. UPDATE - After trying this device, I actually like that better than this one. This is not as comfortable as the new device I am trying; therefore, I lowered this one star.

I love this because it has removable levels. I have a complete reverse cervical curve. I have tried several devices to try and help. This is the most gentle so far. I can’t wait to see if regular use helps put my curve back to more normal.

I use it Monday through Friday after my workouts for 5 minutes at a time. I am curious to see if it truly does help to restore the c-curve to my neck. It feels good when I use it, but I haven't removed the final level yet, so I don't know how comfortable that will be.

A chiropractor suggested this for my daughter, within a couple of uses she formed a knit in her that was painful. Had to discontinue use of the product. It is 3 layers of foam- cheap product, should be a 1/4 of the price

Great product!! It has helped my neck pain improve immensely. I sit hours on end at my desk or in my car. It has helped relieve current pain and prevent future pain increasing the blood flow and relieving pressure. Quick and easy to use- does not require a lot of time out of my day to use which is important for my everchanging schedule.
