Best home printer i have brought. Others I've had have been so temperamental with WIFI and printing quality, but at 2 months in I've not had a single problem. Set up was easy and straight forward, just follow the set up instructions. I have printed loads so far and the ink tanks are still full so should be cheap to run and better for the environment with no throw away cartridges to land fill. A bit dearer than others but you get what you pay full and HP had a cashback offer which was paid back into my account about a month after purchase.

Printer was easy to set up using the HP app via my phone, I connected the printer by USB to my PC, both Bluetooth and direct printing worked immediately with no problems. The scanner was then set up and self calibrated with no issues. Filling the ink tanks during the app set up was very eary and with absoluley no mess. Although I found the diagram to open the printer tanks unclear, it was soon obvious when looking at the printer itself. The ink supplied fully fills all the tank, with a bottle of black to spare. I have printed documents in both B&W and colour and the prints were very sharp and clear (used premium quailty paper). I aslo printed a photo from my phone onto plain A4 paper as a test, turns out it would be good enough to frame and display at home. Overal I am very pleased with this all in one printer for general home use. I am aware that all bluetooth printing is via the HP cloud servers, but personally I have no issue with that. In operation as long as the printer is on firm solid base it quiet and stable when printing.

The printer itself deserves 5 stars. It’s very efficient, fast and gives excellent results. The ink tanks are easy to fill and tremendous value for money. It’s a neat, small and attractive object in my office space. However, first you have to set it up and that’s no mean feat. I have always bought HP printers and I have an HP computer so you would think it would be a shoe-in. Not so. I found the explanations unbelievably woolly and the process unnecessarily complicated. After many unsuccessful attempts to link it to my computer, it eventually worked but I have no idea why. However, if you can get past that problem, I would recommend that printer.

I was excited to get the HP Smart Tank 7005 for my new company after managing with an old printer. Setup was easy, and the initial print quality was excellent. However, after about six months, I began encountering printer head errors and connection issues with my laptop. HP customer service replaced the printer heads under warranty, which initially resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the same problems recurred six months later. After spending hours on chat and phone support, I was told the printer was out of warranty by a few weeks, despite purchasing it on 29/08/2025 and expecting a one-year warranty. The only options offered were to pay £240 for replacement printer heads or buy a new printer, neither feasible for a small business. I’ve since purchased a printer from a different company and will not be using HP moving forward. It’s frustrating as the machine is just over a year old, and HP’s suggestion to take it to a recycling centre feels like a waste. Very disappointing, especially as I’ve relied on HP printers in the past.

Easy to set up if you follow the instructions to the letter. The online tutorial was very step by step so no problems. The printer is a step up in quality from my previous PIXMA Canon printers which both had carriage/printer head issues and I plan not to buy that brand again. The colour looks good in the White and Grey and the size of the printer is fine for the desk. The print quality is very good for the few pages of documents I have printed. What blew me away compared to my old printers was the speed. Lightening fast for me. Filling the tanks was super easy and amazed how much ink they hold. The paper tray is easy to access and fits plenty of paper for a home office. I do like the way the tray extender for the out feed pops out like a 90's car cupholder. I thought I would miss having a colour LCD screen, but the basic one is more than ample for my needs and all the info can be found in the app on my computer so why do I need another screen.

Delivered today as advised. Appears quite well made. Setup guide comprehensive but would suggest using the app. Straight forward setup. One thing to watch. The black tank indicates full after only half the black ink bottle is used. If it’s removed at this stage there will be an error light flashing and you will be unable to proceed. Easily fixed. Print quality is good , print speed fine not fast but I’m in no hurry. So far I’m satisfied with the quality price and performance.

I am extremely happy with my HP Smart Tank 7000. The ink efficiency alone makes it worth every penny. The cartridge refills are easy to manage, and the printer consumes very little ink—even with frequent color printing. I’ve done almost 1,200 prints so far, mostly in color, and it has only used about 25% of the ink. That’s truly impressive! Its wireless range is good also, it never loses signals. Easily print from any device, The print quality is superb as well—sharp, vibrant, and consistent on every page. It’s reliable, cost-effective, and perfect for anyone who prints a lot without wanting to worry about constant refills or high running costs. Overall, the HP Smart Tank 7000 has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10

Le système de réservoirs d’encre est top : beaucoup plus économique que les cartouches classiques. L'imprimante imprime vite et sans trop de bruit, ce qui est appréciable. J’aime aussi beaucoup la connexion Wi-Fi et l’application HP Smart, qui permettent d’imprimer directement depuis le téléphone, super pratique au quotidien. Bref, une super imprimante, fiable, économique et simple à utiliser. Je ne regrette pas mon achat !

Impresora todo-en-uno Me gusta mucho que sea una impresora todo-en-uno, incluye impresora, escáner y fotocopiadora, logrando resultados excepcionales y una experiencia mucho más que favorable. Así no hay que gastar en la compra de aparatos diferentes y ahorrarás dinero y por supuesto espacio. Se puede acceder desde la APP o desde la pantalla de la impresora de forma sencilla y rápida a cada una de sus funciones. Fácil de usar Tiene una conexión inalámbrica activando la red local de WiFi lo que permite poder usarla desde cualquier lugar de la casa o de la “oficina”. Esto nos ayuda a evitar cables molestos y asegurar una conexión inalámbrica potente. El sistema de impresión desde el móvil también es una posibilidad ya que tienes acceso a la impresora desde cualquier Smartphone o dispositivo descargando la aplicación gratuita de HP Smart que es de fácil manejo y muy fácil e intuitiva. Calidad de impresión La impresión es más que positiva, tiene muy buena calidad de impresión y la recarga del tóner es muy fácil y mucho más limpia, se puede hacer en 15 segundos gracias al tóner original HP. La impresora funciona muy bien, los cabezales de impresión reemplazables son una garantía adicional para la durabilidad a largo plazo. Velocidad de impresión En cuanto a la velocidad de impresión en las pruebas que he hecho nos ha sacado unas 15 páginas por minuto en negro y sobre las 9 ppm en color. Su impresión a doble cara de forma automática también es muy rápida y ahorra papel. Su ciclo de trabajo mensual es de 5000 páginas. Conclusión Mi experiencia y mi valoración son muy positivas, estoy muy contenta con la impresora. Es muy efectiva, imprime, copia y escanea con calidad y la relación calidad y precio es excelente. La recarga del tóner es también algo que me gusta mucho por rapidez pero sobre todo por limpieza. Además su diseño no desentona con los elementos de decoración.

Dopo diversi anni di onorato servizio, la mia Epson WorkForce mi ha abbandonato. Nulla di strano, può succedere. Stampando poco, prevalentemente documenti e almeno per ora nessuna fotografia, mi accontento di una qualità dignitosa senza pretese professionali. Forte dell’esperienza positiva avuta in passato, ho deciso di orientarmi nuovamente su una Epson economica, con l’idea di utilizzare in seguito cartucce compatibili, perché oggi pagare un kit di inchiostri più della stampante stessa è semplicemente inaccettabile. Purtroppo da lì è iniziato un vero e proprio calvario. Prima una Epson XP-2200: già con le cartucce di prova la qualità di stampa era pessima, tanto che ho esaurito l’inchiostro quasi esclusivamente in pulizie delle testine. Ho provato anche cartucce originali, senza alcun miglioramento. Risultato: soldi buttati e stampante inviata in assistenza per un probabile difetto alle testine, con tempi, a detta del rivenditore, biblici. Nel frattempo ho acquistato su Amazon una XP-3200. Inizialmente stampava bene, ma le cartucce di prova durano sì e no una ventina di pagine. Inserite le cartucce originali acquistate sempre su Amazon, la stampante segnalava inchiostro esaurito. Ho provato con le compatibili e il problema si è ripresentato identico a quello della precedente. A quel punto sono rimasto sinceramente senza parole. Sorvoliamo poi sulla qualità della plastica: già durante l’estrazione dall’imballo sembrava dovesse rompersi tra le mani. Qualità costruttiva davvero pessima. Fortunatamente il servizio resi di Amazon, come sempre impeccabile, ha risolto la situazione. A questo punto ho deciso di cambiare completamente approccio e ho acquistato la HP Smart Tank 7005, sempre su Amazon, che offre prezzi più convenienti rispetto alla grande distribuzione. Personalmente anche una differenza di 20 euro per me conta. Qui siamo su tutt’altro livello. L’installazione potrebbe sembrare inizialmente poco immediata per chi ha pochissima dimestichezza con la tecnologia, ma va considerato che si tratta di una tecnologia diversa, la Smart Tank. Le operazioni sono in realtà molto semplici e guidate: si accende la stampante, si rabboccano gli inchiostri, operazione facilissima e pulita, senza alcun rischio di sporcarsi, e successivamente si installano le testine di stampa, una per il nero e una per il colore. Al termine la stampante esegue autonomamente una prova di stampa che viene poi scannerizzata. Tutto qui. Per smartphone Android o iPhone e per PC basta scaricare l’app HP Smart. Se il rabbocco degli inchiostri e il montaggio delle testine sono già stati effettuati, l’installazione software procede senza alcuna difficoltà. Nel mio caso ho collegato la stampante al PC tramite USB e allo smartphone via Wi-Fi. La qualità di stampa è eccellente, ben oltre le aspettative. Finalmente addio a cartucce costosissime e a plastiche che si rompono solo a guardarle. Il risparmio sull’inchiostro è evidente e la qualità costruttiva trasmette solidità e affidabilità. Ho scelto HP e non Epson anche per un motivo molto pratico: in caso di problemi, le testine di stampa HP sono facilmente reperibili come ricambi e il costo, su Amazon, è inferiore ai 20 euro ciascuna. Le Epson EcoTank purtroppo non offrono questa possibilità. Unico piccolo appunto riguarda l’accensione, leggermente più lenta rispetto alle stampanti tradizionali, probabilmente dovuta ai controlli iniziali legati alla diversa tecnologia. Nulla di realmente fastidioso. In conclusione, stampante assolutamente consigliata sotto ogni punto di vista: qualità costruttiva, qualità di stampa, risparmio sull’inchiostro e, come sempre, servizio Amazon impeccabile. Avessi scelto prima una Smart Tank avrei evitato tempo perso, denaro sprecato e inutili tentativi con stampanti economiche che, alla fine dei conti, si rivelano solo una falsa economia.
