I bought this because my remote was always sliding off my lap and getting lost in the shadows. I have poor vision and once on the floor in a darkened room the remote was hard to find. Ive only used it a week, but it appears that it will work well. I am using the green one which stands out better in the dark. The material has a nice feel and does have more grip. I The cover was easy to put on. The fit to the buttons is perfect. Because the cover reduces the "rise" if the buttons, the buttons are not as easy to feel; that's unavoidable. The only alternative would be a cover with a solid back and open face. If you need a strong button projection, perhaps you should find another solution to the slippery remote; but these are so inexpensive, they are worth trying.

It did exactly what I wanted it do: make my remote stand out among my black sheets. What I wasn't expecting was how perfect the fit is and how everything lines up! The glow in the dark is kinda weak, but that's not what I cared about. Feels surprisingly solid, even when stretching it over the remote. Would recommend for everyone who owns a Fire Stick!

The GOOD: The best thing about this remote cover is I no longer lose my remote!! It's soft silicon, which means my remote no longer slides off my bed, or between pillows or comforter. That's a HUGE plus if you've ever lost your remote!! I initially didn't like the colors, but that's really not a bid deal and actually helps to spot it in a darkened room. The strap is optional, you don't have to use it. Sort of BAD: The only negative is that on my Firestick Max the middle and lower buttons are already almost flush without a silicon cover. So, even though the cover is thin, it's not as easy to push down on the buttons with the cover on. I have YouTubeTV, so I use the back button a lot to navigate the guide. This is a minor issue, but if you're used to pushing buttons fast to navigate your guide, you will notice a difference. GLOW: These do glow in the dark, but needs light to 'charge' the glow function. That's kind of a fun value-add, and really doesn't add or subtract from it's usefulness. I definetly would recommend! And, you get 2

These definitely make spotting the fire stick remote a lot easier. We have a toddler who likes to hide the remote and this item has been a life saver. It’s bright color is easy to spot in the most random locations. Putting it on was quick and easy. You just slide the remote in and you’re done. Make sure to buy the right one for the right style of remote. We have fire sticks and also a roku tv. This does not work for the roku tv remote but works well with the fire TV ones.

It's basically functional , but doesn't fit that perfectly, and that's even after you struggle to get it on. A couple of buttons end up being so depressed below the level of the cover that it's easy to miss them. Oh , and you can forget the glow in the dark feature. You'd have to expose it to bright sunlight for 24 hours first to get it to work, and even then you'd have to be looking for it in pitch dark. Still, three stars for *essentially* fitting the bill, And it's not like they're over expensive or anything.

Great protection for fire TV remotes. They are easy to put on, and easy to remove. The back is not going to come off and the batteries fly out when the kids drop your remote. They also provide good protection from breakage when remotes are dropped on a hard surface. When necessary they are washable and quick to dry.
