Hi Laura, As you already do, checking labels is necessary. I tried both the Pareve dark chocolate and the milk chocolate. The rice cakes I received were appropriately listed on the ingredient list. We preferred the dark chocolate cakes over the milk chocolate ones. They are a real treat and only 70 Pareve calories!
