I’ve been using this L-Carnitine + B5 supplement for a little while, and it’s noticeable. On the days I take it, I actually find myself drinking less coffee — I feel more alert and focused without the extra caffeine. It’s easy to take, mixes well, and doesn’t have a strong taste. I also appreciate that it combines L-Carnitine with Vitamin B5, so it feels like a little productivity and energy boost in one. Definitely a handy addition to my routine, especially on busy mornings when I want a pick-me-up without overloading on coffee.

Really starting to see a differences. Obviously if you dont put in the work you wont see much results, but from a person who hit the gym multiple times in the pass and haven't seen result. But decided to give this a try. It works ! I gonna buy again soon!

Second time purchasing and will purchase again. I was scared with this flavour (first time I got fruit punch but they were sold out of that one) but I was pleasantly shocked and honestly think I like this flavour over the fruit punch! I think it works for what it says it’s suppose to do

I do find this has helped with my energy for my workouts a bit. I am constantly fatigued due to autoimmune disease and I’m trying my best to workout and stay healthy, it’s hard to do with extreme exhaustion. This is helping me get through my workout and recover a bit better. It tastes like blue slushy and I love it, I take it in a measuring spoon because when added to water there isn’t much flavour anymore. Really depends on preference but I like it on its own.

i noticed a change after about a week and a half or two weeks. my stomach changed a lot. i had some bad bloating and swelling in my body. i noticed my legs and stomach less bloated. the blue raspberry flavour is better than the fruit punch flavour - i found the fruit punch smelled like cough medicine and tasted a little more like berry than fruit punch. the other reviews are correct about this for sure! will keep buying this. i wish there were other flavours like pineapple, coconut, or mango....

Everything goes well. I like the product.

First thing I noticed was the taste. It’s incredibly sweet. I don’t eat sugar as part of my regular diet so this could play a role in how sweet I find it. So I started mixing it with a little water. I take it an hour before working out and wow the workout is intense. In a good way. More so then when I take pre workout electrolytes. Feel like I could keep on going way past I end my workout. I also sweat about 3x more than usual during working out also when I take this. Gives me slight jitters too but not unbearable.
