THEY REALLY WORK. THE BLOOD TESTS PROVE IT.
Due to surgery, a stay in hospital and then not getting out as much as usual for a while, blood tests showed that my Vitamin D count was low. I was prescribed two a week mega doseage Vitamin D3 tablets for 3 weeks, and my D count returned to normal. I've been taking one a day of this supplement since then, and recent blood tests showed my D count was normal. Fewer aches and pains, too👍. Price is excellent as you get 3 months supply. Small, tasteless, white tablets that are easy to swallow and they're easy to pop out of the bubble pack.
