I am very pleased with dual duty commode/shower chair. It feels very sturdy, and has two types of caps for the feet, making it even more stable if necessary. It fits well in my shower, and over my toilet or as a stand alone commode. The arms make it easier for me to stand up while only putting weight on one foot. It did take some time to put together, but we were able to manage just fine by taking our time and following the directions carefully. I am so glad we chose this one!

It is very sturdy, looks good and met all my needs. It is also light weight, easy to put together and I could use it for several areas.

As a shower chair, it’s fine. But as a bedside commode— forget it. Vague instructions on installing the bedpan . And never refers to the “ slides” that came with it, slides apparently for holding the bedpan. And should have screws as well— but there is nowhere on the chair with holes to use for the sliders. Instructions are good up to the last couple of steps, when the writer must have gotten too tired to even mention the part letters. Should have given a 3, but shower part is nice.

I really like that this chair is sturdy, strong and the iner seat part comes off when needed. It looks great and easy to assembly. Would def. recommend this product.

Very useful for our loved ones older adults, super to bathe them and make them the bathroom

Love the seat and the additional features. It is sturdy, steady, and comfortable. However, there is a caveat. After knee replacement surgery you are put on blood thinners. The seat cover material is not soft or smooth. It is pocked and raised. Since you have little flexibility on the leg of the surgery it sits hard on the seat. It creates large hematomas and makes it difficult to sit without having this issue everytime you have to use it. I took 2 stars because of this. If they can replace the pad with a softer and flat material, then this issue would be resolved. I have tried to post pictures but it's not allowing me to.

I started buying items to make taking care of my mom easy. This was purchased as a bedside commode. It serves its purpose. If any critique, I wish the catch tray was deeper, but I knew the depth before purchase so my rating won't go against that. I also use it sometimes to sit over the toilet for her as well. **BE CAREFUL** My mom tried to rock and get up and the seat came up on 2 legs. I recommend if you're in need.

I used this for a month after surgery. Very helpful. I used it as a shower chair also. It was great. I have saved it in case I need it or family needs it later. Much better than renting for the same price!
