Not sure but it is specifically designed for the Kicker sub.

Yes, this is for one woofer only, if you have a pair of woofers you have to buy 2. Also doesn't come with mounting screws.

Kickers websitelist the GR100's as powder coated aluminum are these or a they plastic?

They feel and look like plastic but they are very strong so I'd say aluminum powder coated
