is this the same battery as TV Ears lists as Item #10300 ?

One way to START to get towards a correct answer for you is to see if there are TWO screws on the back holding the unit together or THREE. You want the battery that has the same number of screws as your present TV Ears unit. There is a difference, and we had to send the battery back that Amazon sent us.

It is the same battery however this sku comes with a new front. If for some reason this front won't fit your TV Ears headset then remove the battery from the new front and use it to replace the battery in your headset. Make certain you have the polarity correct when replacing the battery.
