I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The machine itself is very basic, and the fact it broke after only a few months is unacceptable. What made matters worse was the customer support. I spent over an hour on the phone, only to find out that nothing had actually been actioned. I then had to follow up again via email just to clarify the situation and move things forward. This level of service, combined with such poor product reliability, is shocking. Philips used to be a brand I trusted, but based on this experience, that reputation no longer holds up.

I’ve been using the Philips 3000 Series Blender HR2041/01 since 2024, and it has been impressively powerful. It blends fruits, vegetables, and even ice smoothly with consistent results. The motor feels strong and reliable. It’s easy to use, Value for money,simple to operate, and excellent value for everyday kitchen use.

Amazing blender, I bought this for milkshakes for the kids easy cleaning quite light and makes a perfect ice cream milkshake in seconds! Definitely worth the price! And it’s very sturdy!

I wasn’t hoping for a lot, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I filled it with frozen fruit, a scoop of oats and a scoop of ice cream. I had to take the lid off three times and give the contents a little push down, had to give a few blasts of the express button, and a few minutes on the main spin, but overall I was impressed with the outcome. Great frozen fruit slush 😋 Update: 1 week in and it’s struggling, it is genuinely taking about 15 minutes to make a smoothie, I’m constantly having to take off the lid and push the ingredients down, which doesn’t really bother me, especially not for the low price. However The item now overheats and cuts out before I have finished blending/smoothing. It smells of burnt plastic and takes about 30 minutes until you can use it again. I am only using it to blend frozen fruit in water, no ice. I am returning and buying a better quality

Never expected this, so I had to get a adapter to use as the plug cannot be used with the wall plug points we have in Australia.

The blender didn’t work out of the box. Returned next day.
