Was skeptical about trying another MCT as the last brand I bought stated was odorless and flavorless which wasn't the case at all! I had to throw it away. I decided to try another brand after browsing through so many brands and reading through reviews I decided to go with this one. It is indeed odorless and flavorless! I made my bulletproof coffee and it was fantastic. Have me a boost of energy and felt more alert than I normally feel using coconut oil. I would highly recommend to anyone currently following the ketogenic diet or thinking about it. Mixed well in my iced coffee also. This is a must have. Will purchase again when I finish this. Great product!!! This was the first time that I have taken mct oil. I have read a lot of bad reviews, so it really made me nervous to even try. When I saw how many stars this product received I knew I just had to try it. I didn't have ANY bad symptoms from taking this product. I take a spoon full and my vitamin every morning. I don't get hungry and it gives me energy. Now my husband is taking it with me and he also loves it. I've been taking it for five days now and lost 2-pounds. I will be ordering again as soon as we are done with this bottle. Also the shipping was very fast. Some of the purchases claim to have 2-day shipping but that's not true. This prime item is definitely 2-day shipping.

This brand resulted in a seriously upset stomach which I have not experienced with other brands. I gave this one a try because it was a good value and had a high rating. Very disappointing.

This is by far the best MTC Oil that I've tried. I made my purchase based on the reviews that it received. I did experience a little blip when shaking the bottle and then opening it up. It spirted a little out on my counter. Well next timeI won't shake it up. There were no instructions that said to shake it before use, so that's the end of any mess while opening. It does not need to be shaken. Just to be clear about that. It has a flip top to squirt it out. I used it in my coffee and smoothie so far. It doesn't have a coconut flavor to me. I also put in 2 tsp of ghee and vanilla stevia sweetener in my coffee. I've used a blender and one of those shaker cups with a wire ball to mix it up. Both worked well. I like a little cream in my coffee so my second cup of coffee I added the cream. Blended just fine. Of course the blender gave it more of a latte foam on top. Either way it will settle back down to less of a latte. MTC Oil will give you the benefits that they advertise. Don't get confused with the regular coconut oil or any other type. You want the MTC Oil!

I purchased this to make bullet proof coffee. I like that there is no flavor or smell to it. I haven't noticed any extra energy or brain fog lifting. I did notice I'm not craving sweets and not hungry.

I have been reading about all the benefits of MCT coconut oil including weight loss, energy and many others. This oil is very good. It really does not have any taste so it could be added to anything. I have been using it for a week and have had no stomach issues with it. I have been eating low calories and I believe that the oil has helped not getting hungry. In addition it does give me more energy. I use it in two cups of coffee daily. I think I am hooked on MCT oil now

This was a better price so I purchased it, however, when I received it, it was so much smaller than the other that I had purchased for just a few dollars more. My fault for not checking the amount in the bottle. The bottle looks same size as the larger bottles. My bad.
