The electrolyte drops are just as expected. There is a slight taste, but it's very doable. The dosing is simple and convenient. The liquid can added to any beverage you desire. I will be using the Salt t electrolyte liquid in place of the daily supplements I was taking before.

We've been using these for a while now - I think we're on the 5th bottle and a bottle lasts my wife and I about 2 months. This one is hard to know if it's working but I feel like since I've added this to my daily routine I've been feeling better. I add a dropper (bought some small droppers from Amazon too) to my coffee every morning to get my electrolytes for the day. If I'm out working in the heat I usually mix another dropper in a bottle of water in the evening. Low electrolytes can make you feel drained but it can also make you get cramps and possibly other medical issues. In a bottle of water, just a few drops will cause the water to taste salty like ocean water, if you don't like that take get some sugar-free, dye-free flavor drops and add a few to the bottle (16.9oz) and the salt will enhance the favor of those and taste great (like salting a watermelon). The price might seem high but this bottle will replace several dozen bottles of sports drinks and you can control what you put them in so you won't be drinking all the other garbage they put in those drinks (sweeteners, dyes, etc).

I really love these, straight forward and so easy to use! As long as you don't put too much into your drink it is tasteless, tastes just like water when added just to water. Helped me so much when transitioning to a Keto diet and now in my transition to Carnivore, no Keto Flu symptoms! I bought the large and small bottle combo so that I could refill and use the small bottle when traveling, which worked great no leaks! I wanted a second small bottle for my husband to keep at work as he's transitioning to Keto and another large one since mine was starting to run low. However, the new ones aren't working out as well, the product inside is great and the same from what I can tell, but the large bottle's cap came broken and the little bottle's cap doesn't fit right, like the threads are off or different. The older one I have fits great! This new one is hard to screw on and feels like it would leak, I'm hoping I have the only one like this or that they fix this quickly, because it's really a great product! I normally put 10 drops in my water bottle each morning and that's generally enough unless I'm working outside in the sun that day. I refill my water bottle several times each day after that initial fill with the drops, but mostly only need the drops that one time. Hope you can fix your breakage and the small bottle cap's fit soon!

The taste can be a bit much if you're not used to salt/mineral supplements. I suggest a stronger tasting beverage to put them in or something that would blend well with the flavour. Definitely help manage my POTS and thankfully affordable!
