CP die grinder
I’ve used this for over 4 years. Amazing tool by CP. Extremely durable. I’ve put an unimaginable amount of hours on this and still runs strong. I keep it well oiled and had zero problems. Small, and light weight for all those difficult work areas. I would definitely buy another one if I ever needed too. Ergonomic and fits my hand perfectly. Trigger is smooth for precise operation

Plenty power for its size
Writing the review after having this tool for 6 years. Bought this because I wanted a compact grinder to get into tight locations. Over the past 6 years I have used it every once in awhile with good results. During the last 6 months I have used this grinder almost daily. I have used it with both carbide burrs, cut off wheels as well as Roloc abrasive discs. At 90 psi and a fair amount of cfm it doesn’t bog down. Great little grinder! I own several pneumatic tools made by Chicago Pneumatic. All of them have given me good service. For the past 35 years I’ve been a loyal customer. This little tool has proved its durability in my opinion and this is the reason why I am writing a review. I paid $54 for it and if it blew up tomorrow I would think that it was worth it! The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the safety trigger is hard to engage at times. That being said it is a minor inconvenience.

Quality tool
Pros- -High RPMs -Easy trigger pull -Solid construction -Small, gets into hard to reach areas Cons- -Must oil it intermittently -Bogs down when low on oil -Exhaust blows oil drops out onto work surface. Get one. It's priced cheap, solid, & light weight. This thing eats a normal marble sized glob of weld down in around 1-2 minutes. Pony up and buy the (Purple-color 3m sanding disks & disk holder chuck.) Got 15 pkg for $30, & the chuck part that holds the disks is another $30.. well worth it. It sands down welds, as fast as a flapper disk on a normal corded grinder.

Excellent grinder performs just as it should and it's very powerful. I repair curb damage on rims and this grinder is nice and compact and more than powerful enough to grind all the curb damage down on an entire rim.

It doesn’t seem to need very much air like that more expensive models
I have a compressor that only puts out 5.5cf at 90 lbs and this little tool doesn’t have any problem with the low volume of air. It’s still runs and runs. The speed is pretty good. It’s very very easy to run very smooth and for the value of my money it’s pretty good. The only thing I don’t like is the safety lever yet to push forward to squeeze the trigger to make it go it seems kind of hard maybe a softer spring would be better but overall I would buy this again if I had to.

Great deal
What a steal of a deal for a solid die grinder. Came with a smaller collet and the wrenches. Works great. A little loud, but not horrible

Excellent Quality
I had purchased a cheap one from Harbor Freight. Doesn't even compare to this. I've noticed that this one is just way more efficient with my air compressor, so that it's not running all of the time. It has more power, feels better in the hand. The other one is going in the junk bin today.

I bought this CP875 to clean up the underbelly of my lawn tractor mower. It’ll be a lot easier to clean up than scraping with a putty knife! Great tool. Hopefully my Makita Air Compressor can handle it.

CP have always been a great manufacturer and this Die grinder is no exception. Perfectly weighted in your hand for perfect continuous use. I’ve had one previously and it lasted nine years of daily use.
