Great bang for your buck. Great price, good quality, tube could be thicker but in fairness it doesnt need to be. Ends are nice solid quality looking pieces. Lifetime warranty, finish is perfect. Easy to assemble and install with drill through paper template. No idea where the issues have been coming from with the grooves and the item falling off but I have used it every day for several weeks now without issue with two towels. Remember its a towel bar not a grab bar to get off the toilet or out of the shower. Maybe they fixed the issue by the time I ordered this, not sure. It offers the same amount of space as most double towel bars do for two towels, doesnt stick out much at all compared to a single towel bar it replaced. It could space them out more to make it easier for towel hangups in back but then it will take away walk around room in tight bathrooms. For 16 bucks this is as nice as one can hope for considering most cost 2 to 3 times as much. And it has a good name behind it with a lifetime warranty assuming they cover amazon purchases.

The lengths of the rods are slightly longer and may need slight machining to ensure a clean fit into the holding posts so as to avoid causing the posts to seat properly. I received a complement from my painting contractor on the double hanger. Looks attractive but distances between mounting posts needs to be checked and rechecked.MISSING: SET SCREWS. Dimensions cited on the web were/are incorrect. I had to go to my local hardware store and we had to play with several of them to find one that fit (cost: 65 cents). There should be an extra one or two of them included to ensure you have all the parts needed to install or relocate if painting is required. I almost returned the unit to Amazon. MOEN customer service? What customer service. No replies to emails requesting size and correct set screw replacement specifications.

It is fine. It looks nice and is functional. The bars where the towels hang could be a little bit more heavy duty, but they seem to hold my towels just fine. I have one bath towel and one hand towel. If you wanted to have two hand towels, I am sure it would be fine.They include a paper template in the towel bar that helps you determine where to drill the holes for the drywall anchors and screws for the brackets that hold the side posts for the towel bar. Since the paper template has creases in it where it was folded up, you do have to be careful that the template is smooth and level when you tape it up to the wall to determine the drywall anchor position. If you are patient and check it a few times, you will not have any problems with the bars not fitting between the two side posts as some reviewers wrote. Check the template twice (or three times) and drill once! Then, jiggle the posts and bars a bit to make sure the side posts fit down well over both of the brackets, and it will be perfectly sturdy.

Truly gorgeous. Very easy to install, stays up just fine even without using the mollies. If you are looking for a bar to do pull-ups on, this bar is not for you. If you are looking for a bar to HANG TOWELS on this bar is perfection!.My wall is drywall, I am NOT anchoring into a stud, and contrary to other reviews, it stays on the wall and towels dry as they should.Heck if you can find 2 studs, you possibly CAN do pullups on this towel bar.There is abundant space between the 2 towels when they hang. Roughly 2 inches from the wall to the first bar, and roughly 2 inches space between the two bars. You will not find a better value in towel bars under $20 delivered - EVER. Perhaps the only flaw in this bar is that once you hang up one of them, you'll find yourself wanting to replace every other lesser towel bar in your home with the same.Just ordered a second because I love the first one SO much.Also note, this can easily be converted into a 30 inch towel bar by simply replacing the 2 bars, for less than $5 each, with Moen DN9830CH Inspirationsalso sold on AMAZON.

Pros: Cheap and easy to install. This took all of 8 minutes to installCons: Super thin and flimsy material.Note: Other reviews note that the towel bars pivot (spin) as if this is a feature. This is not true. The bars spin because they are loose within the fixture. It’s not a feature, they can’t be prevented from spinning because the fixture is so lightly built. When they spin they make a higher pitched grating noise since the metal bar is grinding against the metal bracket.Bottom line: I’m single and live in an apartment with a smaller bathroom. This fixture serves my purposes of being easy to install and being forgettable when I leave hereHowever, if I owned my own home I wouldn’t accept this flimsy a fixture.If you just need a convenient towel bar this is just fine. If you want something to enhance your bathroom I’d recommend spending more.

Does everything you need it to do. Materials aren't terrible, but could be sturdier. I have it on the back of the door and would worry what would happen to this if slammed against the wall or setting else

This bar is decent looking, and functional for two towels. It can be a bit tight to get the second towel hung if one is hung already.

I like the weight of this item and as I said before, installation was so easy as I am a hopeless person when it comes to any fix it job. It was well worth the price and does look good.
