This is high quality and I’m loving it so far! But I’ve seen some reviews that I can easily understand why they are having some issues. Light flickering/odd behavior - this is a high power battery charger so you can’t plug this into your Xbox or the wall puck that came with your cell phone, as those are only 1 amp or less. You need a wall puck that does at least 3 amps. Controller won’t turn on/ battery stuck - the battery has an orientation, you can’t just throw it in. And this is actually a good thing. Pay attention to the notch on one side of the battery, it fits into a notch in the battery well of the controller. If you get that backwards it’s going to take a lot of force to insert and then it will be tough to remove, and also the controller will not turn on. Paying attention to these 2 details, the device and batteries are fantastic. Very tasteful looking battery dock that nails the Xbox theme.

So far works great and it is compatible with my Xbox one wireless controller. I charged it out of the box to unsure it is full before use. Direction was straight to the point and easy to understand. I now can game on forever

These are a decent replacement to AA batteries. Only downside is that they never seem to be fully charged and only last for about 3-4 hours of constant play time.

Batter life is long and if u keep them in charge rotation it’s like loading your gun run out of juice pop it out and pop the charge onein

This product is 5 star quality! It's easy to setup and use. Charge time seems fast. It has survived several times getting knocked off the table edge without issue. It works silently. The extra covers are a nice touch. The controller fits well, just need to make sure its seated correctly for a good connection. The lights are bright. Makes a good low light glow in a dark room. :)

Excellent so far, charges in around three hours and it simply looks cool!!

Does what it's intended for, got no problem with it, much better than fumbling with regular AA rechargeable batteries.
