This is the second light box I've ordered. The first one died in under a month. I've been using this one for several months and it is performing perfectly. I like the size and the adjustment of brightness. This one also has a defuser for taking photos of shiny product. I use mine mostly for jewelry photos for on line sales. The box itself is sturdy and opens easy. I keep mine setup all the time. If you will be just using every now and then the easy open and sturdy sides, top/bottom are a plus. Very pleased

The product came undamaged and was easy to assemble. The storage bag is a cheap fabric and looks like a bad reuseable grocery bag with a single snap on the top. I did fit all the pieces back into it but it is a tight fit. I would advise keeping the shipping box.NOTE: This item does not have a regular American style outlet plug. You need to plug it into a USB power adapter.The multiple light levels seem good. My main problem is with the fabric light diffuser that attaches to the top of the box over the lights. I really needed this to reduce glare. The fabric does not fit correctly. The fabric has velcro along two edges on the 'top' of the fabric. The box has just two pieces of velcro on each side of the box on the vertical wall. The fabric is too small to fold the edge over and fasten to the side of the box. The fabric is too big to try to stick just the edge of the fabric to the side wall. The result is the fabric sags down in the center. This can interfere with shots of larger items. You also need to remove the fabric to change the color backgrounds. This is a bit annoying. The design of the filter fabric is just bad. A few minor changes could really make this a lot better. Maybe put the box velcro on the top? Have the fabric the correct size?The box came with 12 background colors. These are 6 plastic type material sheets that have a different color on each side. The colors were much brighter, more primary type colors than I was expecting. I would have liked more muted colors. They grey and beige are good.The sheets were folded in the shipping box. When you put the sheets into the photo box they slide under an elastic band at the top of the back wall of the box. This is the only thing holding them in the box. The sheets don't really want to bend in the opposite direction from the way they were folded during shipping. This makes half the colors hard to use, they just want to slide out. I currently have they folded the opposite way to try to fix this problem.I am not totally happy with the product but it made photographing the jewelry I sell so much easier. I am still happy I bought it and think it was worth the cost.

First, well constructed and easy to use product.Second adjustments for brightness and type of lighting(3types) was very goodThis is a product photography box with specific applications. so the reflective sides are meant to focus light at the bottom centre area. However i just started using the product so i cannot comment on the life, longevity and durability of the product.

This was a good size for me, and fairly easy to use. On the downside, I was unable to take pictures of anything that is reflective. The lights, no matter what setting is used, reflects terribly. I ended up fashioning some bubble-wrap over the light ring to diffuse the light a little bit. It was not worth returning for me, as I was pressed for time to get some pictures. There should be some type of diffuser for the light ring.

Liked that the lighting can be changed to show the best iridescence of our carnival glass pieces fur our album.

Very cool, but it doesn’t fit as much as expected

Is a perfect size for small products
