Full honesty, I cannot swallow most, like 95% of pills, so this is great for me. They taste and look nice, they don't feel like you are taking medicine. They were prescribed by my doctor because they contained all the vitamins I need post-surgery. Muy buenas, pero se pegan con el calor
Es un muy buen suplemento. Fácil de ingerir (son gomitas masticables). Lo único es que al ser gominas, deben guardarlo en un lugar muy fresco, ya que el calor ambiental hace que se ablanden y se vuelvan algo pegajosas, haciendo que se peguen entre sí y luego hay que usar una cuchara para despegarlas y poder tomar una. Esto puede hacer que algunos prefieran los comprimidos.
