Good part for SBF
Fit an Edelbrock Performer 289 intake without any issues. Threads for the sensor were good, seals well with the included plug. Pretty happy with the part, definitely better quality than I expected for the price. Only negative I can think of is the holes don't line up to well with the included gasket (gray) or a Fel-Pro (blue) I had on hand, but they rarely do. Went with the Fel-Pro, no leaks.

Buy an OEM unit, this thing is junk
The thermostat bypass hose does not line up with the bypass hole in the intake manifold. A standard gasket, partially covers the hole for the bypass, and the gasket it comes with is cheap and thin and also covers the hole for the bypass partially. The hole for the bypass is significantly smaller than an OEM unit. This product is not a direct replacement for an OEM thermostat housing. Just find an OEM unit at a junkyard or online. This will likely cause issues with heat since it will restrict flow for the heater core as the bypass is what is used to circulate through the heater core.
