Are these magnetic, so that they stick to the refrigerator?

There is an OPTION to choose the Magnetic version for 7.99 or the non magnetic version for 6.99. I suspect the magnetic ones can stick to the fridge if your fridge is magnetic. Some stainless fridges are not while others still are. Anyway hope this helps but you do need to select the right option when ordering and to double check your order page to insure you did select the option you wanted in the title. I know in several cases the title would change in my order page and not reflect what I actually was selecting. Amazon has had a lot of problems with it's updated strange lay outs these past few years. So as someone years ago used to say a little paranoia goes a long ways to keep you protected. In otherwords I check before hitting the buy button.

Made in China, just like everything else

They are Dishwasher safe and reusable. How many times can they be reused?

They look pretty formidable. I'd say they are good for some time to come. Furthermore, you don't have to put them in the dishwasher as they just cut the foil and don't get dirty. Cut the foil and drop them back in the drawer.
