Removing nails used to be a chore -- No more! This 12" pry bar is simply the best at quickly removing nails with minimal fuss. It takes a beating and doesn't stop. Stubborn and bent nails are no problem. This should be in everyone's toolbox. Get it *before* you need it. Highly recommended.

I've always used a large pry bar or a claw hammer for this type of job, but having this more modestly sized pry bar is really nice. The small size and lighter weight really helps after hours of working with the tool. When you need a big tool, grab the bigger tool, but for small everyday use on small nails, this gets the job done quicker and with less effort. It won't replace the bigger tools, but where it can be used it saves considerable effort.

I'm working on a large home renovation project, and need to remove a lot of nails with heads buried in the wood. This nail puller has exceeded my expectations. When the nail head is flush with or sitting below the wood surface, I can drive either end of the pullers sharp tip into the wood to get around the nail and grab onto the nail head, and pull the nail out. If the nail is less than about 2 inches, I can pull the entire nail out. Otherwise, the nail head sits high enough above the board so that I can grab onto it with a normal crowbar. Buying this nail puller was a wise investment.

Fantastic tool. Very solid. Great edges that don't deform. Have been using it for several months pulling buried nails out of second story plywood floor sheathing. Have used it to tear up carpet tack strips. Used it to lever 2 x 10 joists into position. Constantly banging on the 90 degree end with a hammer doing no damage. I have another similar tool that is 1/4" flat steel and also does good work, but this one is handier and easier to manipulate while doing hammering and prying. Good price too.

Outstanding product. Great quality. Made of forged steel, not die cast steel. This makes a much stronger steel. I went to my local hardware store. The only ones I saw were cheap Chinese dis cast model. They were very poorly finished, the profiles of the claws were crooked and there were still that rough look left by the sand mold form the die cast. On top of that the price was higher than this one. This one have an impeccable finish. The claws are well profiled and sharp. Unlike regular crow bar and nail pullers who have the claws wide and flat. This one are pointed and curve like a spoon. Ideally made to go and dig the nails from the wood when the nail's head is flushed or lightly below the wood surface. Trying to do this with a regular crow bar is almost impossible. This tool is a very specialized tool. You might not use it very often, but be sure you will be glad to have it when you need it. I have been doing some renovation around my house and there are many nails to remove. Not ordinary nails, but 3 inches hardened steel galvanized spiral nails. Trying to do it with a regular crow bar will be enough to make a grown man cry. This tool is a life saver. Best buy I made in a long time.
