It can as long as 1. Your grill needs 6 spark generators, and 2. This igniter physically fits your grill. You can find igniter dimensions in the picture.

My charbroil original ingition module has 2 small connectors and 2 big connectors. Is this the same or all the connectors same size?

All connectors are in same size.

Grillkid sg02 spark generator: does this have a ground wire?

It did not. Mine had 2 terminals, but those, as I recall were 1 for each spark ingitor, one for the grill part, 1 for a pot burner... the ground is made, I think, when the positive charge from the installed battery, jumps to a metal part of the grill, the grounding.

Will this work on charbroil 463257111 ?

I don't see why not. It works on my char broil grill. Just screw it on and attach one wire put in battery and it works. The wire is the positive terminal and the screw mount is the ground ( negative side of battery)
