Powerful stuff that controls fly issues.
This stuff works! It attracts flys immediately upon setting into appropriate fly trap jars. I’ve purchased it a few times already and will keep it on hand. Because it’s poisonous you have to be careful where you put it. It’s easy to put together, I feel it’s worth the price.

Effective, Efficient, and Easy to use
Effective, that's the only word I can think of when it comes to this product. It's an easy-to-use product; there's not allot of difficulty on how to use this product. Dump into the correct container, add water, check day to day and add water/empty as neeed. The durability of the product is decent, every time I think it's wearing out, I just added water, and it was back to working. The ability to simply dump the product out and refill is a plus; there's no need to be thorough on cleansing the container this goes into. Size; I found that using only half the bag goes a long way - using to fill two containers versus just one as the directions state. The con's: The smell is bad, and I found that both in powder form and liquid it's unpleasant. As a powder, it has a strong mothball like smell that stains the skin with the odor as such. Once wet, the smell is putrid - somewhere along the lines of an outhouse meets raw decomposing matter. Although this has it's benefits, the importance of keeping this away from your windows, patio, or anywhere you want to sit is highly recommended. Disposing of the remains is somewhat important, if the vector load is low (few flies) I'll allow the water to dry/evaporate out, if not, I wait for the trash truck to come and throw it in the trash right before it is picked up. Ultimately this product is very effective in attracting flies, and as such I will continue using.

These traps are amazing!
Amazing the number of flies these catch, I had the refillable before but it was a pain to clean since the liquid smeels so bad and the thousands of flies inside. These you close and throw in the garbage, they work great

Few flies, no pesticides!
We have 17 goats, cats, dogs, chickens and 22 cows. So we have flies! These traps work well. During wetter weather, the flies are trapped by the hundreds. Eliminates my use of pesticides for control. Downsides: #1 THE PRICE is ridiculous. The refill packets are mass produced and should be economical. Depending on how heavy the fly catch is, the traps may need to be emptied and refilled every couple of weeks. #2 THE SMELL. Ok, its going to stink because that how it works to attract the flies. Be aware of the wind patterns around your property. Put the traps downwind of your outdoor people areas but upwind of your animal areas. #3 CLEANING THE JAR. Use gloves! For those with a strong stomach. The smell is so foul. Combine that with a jarful of thousands of flies in various states of decay. You DON'T want to get the sludge juices on you! You can't get the odor off your skin. Ask me how I know... Unfortunately, if you want a reuseable product I don't see a way around this chore. Even after the negative comments above, I still recommend!!!

Suggest setting the trap at least 25 ft away.
Works great. Will attract all the flies from an acre away.

Smelly but effective!
I use these all summer long and they catch flies like crazy! Don't put them in your barn, put them outside the barn and they will draw the flies out of the barn. Definitely stinky!!! Helps my two horses combat those horrid horseflies!

Great fly attractant, easy to use refills.
These really work, I already had the containers from this company but they got so full of flies they quit working. I needed refills. These are easy to use and attract TONS of flies. I can tell you that you do not want to use these anywhere near your outdoor relaxing space, they smell like rotten boiled eggs. It they really cut down on the fly population, so they’re worth it, just keep them far from your nose!
