Seeing Red Retro Sailor Men's Costume

The costume was a great fit, the hat was a little small but overall great.

I'm 6' 175lbs, slim/somewhat toned build. I ordered the Small. The shirt fits really well. I was worried about the length because I have a fairly long torso, but it nearly goes down to the pants buttons. The pants are... interesting. They are absurdly long for some reason and the crotch area doesn't have a whole lot of room, so even trying to pull them up higher has a limit. They almost seem like bellbottoms because they're relatively tight around the thighs and then get baggy towards the bottom. Overall though it's a good costume, you just need to have a very peculiar build to fit it perfectly.

The quality of the fabric is terrible. The pants have a female cut so they ride all the way up and there's no room for a man's junk. It looks odd. The elastic around the pant's waist looks frayed and cheap. Pant length is far too long (I'm 5'9 and got the Small). The top looks ok. Seller is also unreasonable. Order arrived without the hat so I tried to return it, as the event I needed it for had passed so it was too late for an exchange. However, the seller refused to refund me in full and charged me over $8 "restocking fee" despite it being their error. Would not recommend buying from this seller ("BlockBusterCostumes"). UPDATE: I emailed them politely about the subject imploring them to reconsider and they simply accused me of lying. They sent a partial refund but refused to refund in full.

Very nice costume, great fabric and details, but it runs a too large. I order a S and it is more like a size L. Also wish the hat was a little firmer.

Great quality runs a bit big.

The shirt is a bit long and I ordered a small and the panta were crazy big... after a few alterations it fitted great.

Everything looks good and seems durable. That happened was a little flimsier than I had hoped
