Updated Review
**Amolen reached out to me and refunded me for the three rolls I got that weren't the right rolls. There was a mix up in the factory and the rolls were mislabeled. I appreciate them making this right and in a few weeks I plan to reorder and hopefully get the correct filament.Amolen for a long time has been one of my favorite filament brands and I have bought many many rolls. I'm not sure if I was sent the wrong rolls of filament or what but they are completely different from what I have previously gotten. The color is much lighter and there is no glitter specs in the two newest rolls I have received. The filament is basically just a orange/gold ombre, there really is no red that comes through when viewed in person. Of course I didn't really notice the change at first glance so I printed a large print and immediately noticed the color doesn't look the same as it used to and there is no glitter in it anymore. I've included some photos of the older roll I used and the new roll so show how they are different. I can't figure out how to message the seller through Amazon to see if they would be willing to send me the correct filament or send me at least a partial refund. Unfortunately I opened both rolls of filament before I noticed it wasn't right and can't return them. Also the two rolls of filament I ordered were supposed to be different colors of red but they are both exactly the same.... Hopefully Amolen sees this and can make this right, because I have bought a lot of filament from them but now I'm scared that either they are going to change the filament or send me the wrong stuff. Make this right please Amolen, I'd definitely like to leave you a better review. This isn't a bad filament, and I am sure I will find a use for it, it just wasn't what I ordered.

Beautiful filament very poorly wound **UPDATED**
**Update. A few days after leaving this review Amolen contacted me. They were keen on making it right with me. I did not ask for nor expect anything from them in relation to the review. However after their contact, they wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchase. They went above and beyond what I would expect of any company and did so of their own accord. I can't say that my issue wasn't perhaps an isolated event, however they made up for it and as such I am revising this review and rating to 5 stars for the stellar customer service they provided. I have since used a couple other colors I purchased from them that are not suffering the same issues.**I print on a Bambu X1C. I very rarely have issues from spools. I bought about 15 spools of AMOLEN in one purchase from Amazon as they have some really amazing colors. But this has to be the single worst spool winding company there is. I get 10-20 failures per hour of printing when the spool hangs up. Yes, I use the Bambu AMS for my spools but no other manufacturer's products hang up like this one. It's like they have an 8 year old in charge of the spool winding process and pay no attention to doing it the right way. It's a real shame too, as they have some of the best looking multicolor filaments on the market. I'm hoping that this is just a single spool issue, but I have yet to break into the other 14 spools and see how they'll work or not work. I am hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.
