Love this pan
I always believe you have to use a product for 6 months before you can write a review. But this product in December. I couldn't wait any longer. I absolutely love this pan. It's traditional simple appearance is beautiful. Wonderful quality, and weight. I do a lot of tray bakes. This is perfect for 2. I put potatoes, and veg in the bottom, chicken, or salmon, on top of it all. My husband and I have a full meal, one pan. Cleanup is a breeze. Due to the enamel, food doesn't stick.

Perfect for everything and easy to clean
I use these pans for everything. They are a great size for smaller ovens. I have roasted mainly veggies and it has even heating. Best thing about them other than the size is how easy they are to clean. I came back to purchase another one. Only complaint is the price, however the pan isn’t thin and very good quality. Has held up in the dishwasher, although I usually clean by hand. I’d definitely recommend.

Great heat distribution
Used this pan yesterday for cornbread. It turned out great. The pan conducts heat well and evenly. No cold/hot spots. Recommend highly.

Enemalware has great versatility !
Cooking on the enamel is life changing! Crisps up so nicely because of how hot it gets but yet easy to clean. A bonus is can toss in the dishwasher ! I have purchased many size and colors. They make great gifts.

Packing was great, size is deceptive
Item was packed well and arrived in excellent condition. The size on this is deceptive to an extent, however. The measurement listed is 11.5 inches by 9.25 inches. That measure is from rim to rim of the top. But the sides are sloped, and the bottom measurement is 9 inches by 6.5 inches (height is 2 inches). I have not used it yet, but the quality is good and sturdy, just a little smaller than I was expecting. Pouring water into it, the useful capacity in my opinion, would be 6cups/3 pints/1.5 quarts in the US. I don't have enough smarts to figure out litres or millilitres. I am not returning it, but noting this as something to keep in mind, useful information.
