This mount is very sturdy and easy to install. I mounted a 2lb extinguisher in the back of my Wrangler on the roll bar. It is very easy to reach and the quick release on this mount gives piece of mind that you will be able to retrieve the extinguisher quickly in an emergency (no fumbling to release a latch). Great value, great build quality, great product.

This mount is surprisingly well-made and keeps your fire extinguisher easily accessible. The pull knob locks up securely and there is minimal movement between the parts of the mount. It is important to make you tighten the band clamps securely around the extinguisher and the roll bar you mount it to (I used a 7mm socket on a ratchet to get it as snug as possible). Well worth the money.

Fits my 2024 rzr well on the font brush guard. Easy to install. Great to have. Makes it easier to reach in an emergency

Installed this on my off-road rig for quick access from outside of the vehicle. Done several test runs to just make sure it is still working smoothly. It fill fit any round tube. It holds up great to some of the rough terrain that we go through. Fire extinguisher stays in place and doesn't rattle or move. Works great and well worth the cost.

nice. way better than the cloth holders, but they do rattle a tiny bit. i solved this by tossing a tiny piece of rubber in it.

I stumbled across this while looking for other accessories for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The milled aluminum is quite heavy for the price and holds the fire extinguisher very well without any rattling or other annoying sounds while driving. The quick release works very well and it's easy to reattach. I actually mounted mine over the rollbar pads and decided to upgrade the worm clamps to heavier and wider 2 1/4" and 3" Roadformer t-bolt clamps from Amazon instead. My only minor complaint is that although the red pull pin knob is anodized, the black appears to be painted and scratches fairly easily.

To the people rating this bad because "the hose clamps don't fit those or that" are ridiculous. It literally tells you the hose clamp sizes. Read.... anyways, this mounted right up to my extrusion cross bars on my bed rack. It's in the perfect location, doesn't rattle while driving, has a little play, but that's because it has the ball detents that keep it quiet and those need a little room to compress into the mount channel. It releases easily and is very secure when properly locked up. It looks great, the finish is perfect and it will certainly serve its intended purpose.

I’ve had this mounted on my Jeep for about a week now. It doesn’t rattle and as far as I can tell there is very little movement while I’m driving. The fire extinguisher has some play in it, but not enough to complain about. The pin pulls out fairly easy and the extinguisher comes out with not issues. I can also remount it without too much trouble. The cons: the universal rings did not fit my fire extinguisher. That’s not too big of a deal for me. I’ve installed a lot of “universal” car mods over the years and that usually translates to at least one trip to the hardware store. Tips: make sure you measure twice before drilling any holes to mount this on. I was off by maybe 1/16 of an inch and it didn’t line up enough for me to mount it. I did use bolts that were the exact size of the mounting holes, so I could have gone down a size and not had any issues. But I wanted to have it mounted as secure as possible, so I widened one of the mount holes slightly and the bolts went in just fine. I used blue loctite and it does not seem to be going ANYWHERE!! Overall: 5 stars. You really cannot beat the price for what you’re getting. But we’ll see if it holds up. Side note: the hardware I used was not what came in the box. I used rivnuts to mount directly too the roll cage on my Jeep JL. I do NOT recommend drilling into a factory safety device, but if you do make sure you have good bits. I used titanium bits starting with 1/4 and moving up to 7/16, which is the hole I needed for the bolt thickness I wanted.

Clamps are too big for roll cage on UTV. I have a 2” roll cage and it was no where close to fitting.

The hinge pin/screw fell out and was lost on the first use. Bracket does not stand up to its intended use.
