Size runs small - order one size up!
Nice quality but size runs small. I have a 34" waist and the medium size (31"-36") could barely wrap around and velcro. Returning for size large.

Comfortable and sturdy
I was recommended this by my pt. And am so glad I ordered the brand he recommended. I read other reviews of being uncomfortable. I wear mine to give me stability and relief for my lower back pain. It does help. And with the extra tension pully, it really gives you a squeeze and keeps my spine in place.

The brace is good, but they kept sending me used ones. And it is too close to your body to want to except a used one

30" waist and ordered a Med. There is hardly any overlap. Sizing runs small. Will be returning and getting a large.
