Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, 512GB, Graphite - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

I didn’t use the phone much because I’m retuning it because I didn’t need it anymore, but this phone is really great. I ordered good condition and it came with 100% battery health, little to no scratches, came with an apple charger, very clean and no issues. It’s really premium and it’s 5-6 years old, but feels new. I recommend this if you’re wanting to save money without worrying to get latest iPhone, and this is coming from a 17 pro max user.

Actually a great used quality phone, very clean and 98% no marks, battery charge level was good, updates good with all latest Apple iOS programs. Everything functions as designed!!!

UPDATE: I bought the premium renewed iphone for their one YEAR satisfaction GUARANTEE with free returns and a complete refund for any reason. I bought this in May of 2022 for $900 and returned this in December 2022 However after 3 weeks of waiting I finally got my refund for $794. After hours of being juggled between representatives I was finally told that there is a 100 dollar restocking fee despite no where anywhere was it explained that there would be a restocking fee. Amazon representatives on multiple times lied to me and refused to help resolve the situation the last person I spoke to Danica A in the Philippines claimed over our 40 mintue conversation that she was the head of Amazon worldwide customer service yet also saying that she had a supervisor but refused to connect me to them because they were not equipped to handle customer service issues....do you realize how insane that is she refused to give me any information that would allow me to report her to Amazon corporate office except her first name and last initial which was most likely a lie. I paid an extra 100 dollar (apprx) for the premium renewed plan but no one I spoke to even knew what that was. I cannot emphasize highly enough that you should avoid this at all cost because they will 100% screw you over bewhare do not do this do not buy this I can't emphatically explain to you enough why you need to avoid this. Unfortunately Amazons gotten so big and taken over so much of the market share that no one can compete with their prices so if I want a phone at a reasonable price I have to buy it from them. I've been a loyal customer for years and spent thousands of dollars of my money on them If I could never buy from them again I never would. That is how much they have damaged the customer loyalty bond. Just PLEASE BEWHARE what you risk if you go ahead and purchase something from them lies, deceit, manipulation, terrible service, financial loss, and hours of lost time being juggled between representatives. May 2022 So this is my first experience with Amazon's renewed premium program where you pay between $50-$100 more than the renewed price but for that you get an item whose battery is at least at 90% capacity relative to a new one and instead of a 90 day warranty you get a year warranty and a year to return the item. For less than $100 I thought that was definitely worth it. However the first iPhone 12 pro they sent me had a battery that was at 85% capacity which really pissed me off because I felt cheated so I returned it and purchased it again and I'm glad I did because the 2nd ones battery was at 100% capacity and for all intents and purposes it was a brand new phone at a used price. Granted it's still really expensive it was $900 before tax but I got this to be future proof at least for the next several years. This is my first iPhone before I was all android phones but it seemed like every year I was having to buy another phone because something out of my control always happened but my parents still had their iPhone 8 that they bought new and it was still working perfectly. I haven't had this phone for more than a few days but so far I'm very impressed with it. The facial recognition capabilities are so good. My phone can recognize me when I'm in a dark room whereas my Samsung tablet can't recognize my face without all the lights on. One feature this phone doesn't have that really surprised me was that there is no built in fingerprint scanner and I think that was a mistake on apple's part. The battery is supposed to only last 21 hours but a full charge is lasting me a little over 2 days. The screen is gorgeous is it HDR Dolby Vision and HLG compatible and not even my 4k tv supports all of those so it makes streaming look brilliant. You can see every detail even though the screen is 6.7inches. it seems like everyday I'm finding out a new function that this phone has granted a lot them I'll never use because I don't use my phone that way but it's cool to know that if I wanted to I could if I so choosed. I guess I'll stop my review here because you get the gist and I hate it when people on Amazon beat a dead horse and I don't want to be one of those so Amazon renewed premium is a worthwhile program and the iPhone 12 pro max is an awesome phone that's worth the investment.

Why you should buy on Amazon instead of eBay: better pricing, better quality, and better battery health. This battery health is 89% and my iPhone I own before buying this is at 76%. That’s one reason why I bought this iPhone. Today I also learned from experience that the reason why it has three camera lenses is because each lens is different so they are zoomed in differently. You get 1x, and 2.5x on Portrait mode. On normal photo mode, you get 0.5, 1x and 2.5x. If you are a busy mom or a professional photographer, you probably will want some kind of iPhone that has three lens. Just imagine all the different ways you could take pictures and selfies and everything from the same distance, but using a different lens to change the whole entire game! Plus, the battery life! I can’t really say much about the battery life within the first 24 hours unless something bad was happening like battery leakage or something like that but right now everything is great so I don’t think we have anything to worry about there. I loved for the fact I was able to get the accessories for this model. It’s important to always make sure that whatever phone you get for yourself allows you to get the accessories that you need including the phone case so that’s always a plus. Switching iPhones can be a little bit confusing, but I’m a young person and I’m pretty tech savvy so I was able to learn things pretty quickly so if somebody is able to adapt to technology that is similar to what this is then they probably won’t have a problem, but for somebody who doesn’t know anything about Apple, they might want to start with an iPhone that has the physical home button. This model does not have a physical home button so they might want to get a slightly different phone if they are having that problem. It’s pretty easy to set it up if you’re familiar with iCloud. There should be enough space if you’re using iCloud for all of your photos and pictures and even if you’re playing video games, you probably will have enough space on here unless you’re downloading every single song on Spotify (I don’t recommend downloading every song on Spotify because it will eat up your whole entire phone if you have 128 GB). My recommendation is if you do buy this iPhone is to get the glass to protect the screen. Preferably I recommend the one that gives you privacy, but if you don’t want that one, you can just get the clear one because at least it will protect your screen, even if you drop it in a parking lot. I have seen many people of various generations break iPhones and other cell phones and when I use the glass protection, it has protected me over the years and it’s pretty cheap like all you gotta do is change out your glass about one to two times a year compared to the price of fixing a phone screen with a professional or the other option is deal with stupid tape all over your screen so I really recommend getting the glass. It’s annoying at first dealing with the air bubbles, but it is totally worth it financially, so please consider it! Only problems I’m having is an error about the outer cameras and a loose port.

Whenever I buy previously used devices, I wait a bit before leaving a review. But I can't even wait for this one! I am so pleased. I placed my order July 4th and got the phone just 4 days later. They shipped FAST! I ordered RENEWED (not Renewed PREMIUM) and I was second guessing myself while awaiting delivery. I worried about the battery health. I was so pleasantly surprised when I checked and saw that it was at 88% health. That is not bad at all. I am more than glad to have the battery replaced eventually when needed considering I saved hundreds of dollars buying a previously used phone AND also sold my old iPhone 8 Plus on eBay. It's only $89 for Apple to replace the battery which is, to me, a good deal considering how many years they last. I'm not bothering to share any photos of the phone itself because there are plenty of those in other reviews here. The phone is virtually flawless. A few very minor scratches around the edges, but I don't care about that. It's covered by the Otterbox case I have it in. Another note is that it was delivered with a tempered glass screen protector already installed. I replaced it with a new one, but it just goes to show they think of everything. They could have removed it but it was a little extra protection while it was in transit. I've been doing my best (and will continue) to try every single feature of the phone before the warranty is up to make sure I don't have any surprises down the road, but I am confident this is going to be my 'new' baby for the next 3 to 4 years. That's about how long I keep a phone before upgrading. I honestly would have kept my old iPhone 8 Plus if not for the fact that I couldn't get iOS 17 on it and I loved the new features of the operating system upgrade. I also wanted a better camera. The sound quality is excellent. the touch screen is completely responsive and I LOVE the beautiful blue color. I implore you to take a chance on renewed/refurbished devices. I have been buying 'like new' devices for decades now and I am rarely disappointed. Any minor aggravations I've encountered have been generously offset by the money I've saved. I always stay a few models behind the newest to get the most savings. Oh! One more thing. If you Google it, many complain of how long it takes the iPhone 12 models to charge. I had the same complaint initially but I just stopped using my convenient bedside USB hub and started using the Anker 60W PIQ wall charger I keep in my living room. That DRAMATICALLY decreased the time it takes to charge. I bought a super long cord here on Amazon so I can charge from a distance and that's all it took. The Anker 60W PIQ charger (also here on Amazon) is lightning fast compared to standard chargers.

I was hesitant to buy another phone off Amazon after the last one I bought (iPhone 12 pro) ended up not being in the condition/status I paid for but I still used it for the last 3 years until I decided I wanted a bigger screen. I'm glad I decided to take another chance. This phone says "no sim restrictions" so I'm very happy about that since the unlocked ones costed more. Its overall condition is excellent, no scratches or dings on the screen or body. And when I went to peep at the battery health, it's at 100% capacity. I was expecting somewhere between 80-90% because this phone is from 2020. So that means the battery was recently replaced, which I'm also happy about.

I previously bought a renewed phone through another merchant on Amazon and they sold me a lemon. I needed a replacement quick and the est. delivery date was about 5 days away (and that’s with prime delivery). I just want to rave that my phone was shipped the following day I placed the order, and delivered 2 days earlier! One can only imagine the excitement and twinkle in my eyes when I opened my front door to find my package sitting outside my doorstep. I was so confused because Amazon tracking showed that the phone was still in another state at that time. I had not yet received a “package delivered” notice, yet there it was. No complaint here—I love surprises especially when my packages arrive earlier than expected!!! A+ for quality- although renewed, the iPhone is in pristine condition. No tech or battery issues at all. I am so glad that I chose the “excellent condition” option. A+ for camera quality A+ for battery life A+ for screen quality A+ for customer service as they fulfilled the order such a speedy time, which led to a delivery earlier than expected. We consumers appreciate the prompt service mire than anything in the world (well, almost ;))
