This is the best sugar cookie mix for the AIP diet! It is quick and easy to make and the cookies taste amazing!! I love that it is allergen free, I am allergic to many foods and I don't react to this because it is grain-free, egg free, dairy free and soy free! You add maple syrup to make it sweet. I feel the price is a little high but not compared to what it costs to buy the flours contained in it if you don't already have them on-hand. I have tried other foods by this brand too and they are all really yummy! The sugar cookie mix has always arrived fresh and never stale. I would definitely recommend this AIP Sugar Cookie Mix!

I made these Foatmeal cookies on Christmas Eve and they were a huge hit. Everyone kept reaching for them, even the people who are not doing the AIP diet. No one could believe they were made with a special mix because they tasted like classic, comforting homemade cookies. They were easy to make and filled the house with the best cozy holiday smell. The texture was perfect and the flavor was warm and satisfying, not dry or bland like some alternative mixes can be. If you are looking for a cookie mix that everyone will genuinely enjoy, regardless of diet, this one is a winner. I will definitely be making these again for future holidays.

Great replacement for an oatmeal cookie base - I’ve become addicted to it! I recommend adding dark chocolate chips (mini chips are less messy) and shredded coconut- MMMmmmmph! SO GOOD! Sweetened coconut works best but dried coconut also works, add some extra water. The more additions you make, the more cookies you get. Personally I like them thick and chewy, but you can make them thicker or thinner by varying the size of the cookie dough ball. I like to press a slight thumbprint at the top before cooking. It seems to spread less and remain thicker and chewier.

Wow!! These are so tasty!! I had rave reviews from those in my family who eat an AIP diet as well as those who eat whatever they want! I felt great after and am so thankful for the ease in which these could be made, the quality of the ingredients, allergy friendly, and using maple syrup to sweeten which is the best!

Hard to find good paleo product. This one is great. I have a sweet tooth and this really satisfied it.

Going through an elimination diet is, frankly, depressing. I'm sick of food - the planning, preparing, eating, storing, looking at... it's become so tedious. But these were a delightful treat. I bought one pouch to try out the recipe with no bells or whistles or add-ins. Just what was listed to get a feel for the base I was working with. It's good, if a teensie bit simple, but perfect for modifications. The next one I bought, I added in the zest of one orange and a little more than a 1/3 cup of dried cranberries. BOOM. Fabulous. I used fractionated avocado oil (avocado shortening) as my oil, and after portioning out 12x 1 inch balls, I flattened them down to about 1cm (since they don't spread much in the oven). 10 minutes later, I had perfectly moist 3inch cranberry orange foatmeal cookies.

Great for a Low histamine diet, strict phase even! I did not have a reaction. The oil amount is way too high though. I tried using coconut oil and had to use a lot less to create the dough texture theyre saying it is to where you can roll it and slice it. So add the oil last and add only a little at a time til its the right consistency. They rec avocado oil so maybe use that instead. Not sweet enough tbh. Add more maple syrup or coco sgar. This mix hasnt really been vetted much they must be a new company. Need some feedback for version 2 or 3. Also be careful w the bake time. They dont look done and might need an extra minute or two. They still wont look done tho but theyll harden as they cool. Chewy texture so thats awesome! Dont roll the bottom w sugar as it will burn the bottom of the cookie. Take the cookie out only when it gas slightly browned on the top. The price is too high. $1.25 a cookie. Id buy the mix again but since price is so high Ill just buy the ingredients and make the mix myself.

Whether you are on a very restricted diet or you have no allergies or food issues at all, these cookies are SO good! I’ve been doing the AIP diet for about 2 months and I’ve tried several recipes from Pinterest for cookies and none even come close to these! My girls who are very picky eaters even love them! They make the classic sugar cookie that has a crunch on the outside and chewy in the middle. I mixed in some homemade carob chips to give them a chocolate chip cookie taste and they are just so delicious! Another bonus is the customer service of this company. The actual owner emailed me back WITHIN THE HOUR when I asked a question!!! They have tons of other mixes and I can’t want to try them all! I’ve also tried the pumpkin bread and it was so perfectly delicious! Seriously, you NEED to buy this!!
