I’ve used these insoles in my walking shoes for 3 years now! They add so much comfort… even walked 1 and 1/2 Caminos with them…. Over 750 miles! (Replace them about every 200-300 miles.)

Initially amazing but after a month they get flattened, especially in pressure areas. Definitely not for heavy people like me-103 kg of weight.
