Does this work with hd digital signals (hdmi or sdi) or only sd analog signals?

It works with analog signals only.

Does the cam v out have to be connected for the transmitter to work? there are signs of a connection between the rc and tc but no picture.

Cam v is a wire conection that outputs 5v made by the rc832 to power an fpv camera that uses 5 v. The analog fpv camera you buy will have + , - , and a video signal wire to send the video signal to the rc832 yellow wire . Then plug a tv or fpv goggle or monitor screen to the av plugs to use . If you have a flight controller and know how to solder you can hook the yellow camera wire to vin ( video in ) on your flight controller the flight controller has a v out ( video out ) for running video to the rs832 . The flight controller will make on screen display ( osd ) in your goggles ir video monitor or tv hooked to the yellow video output of the rc832 . You need to use osd tab in betaflight to switch on osd dislpays . Press save in betaflight to keep the settings you choose .

Does the receiver have 2 video outputs ? I need to connect it with 2 Tvs

Yes but the tv can't be no bigger then a 27 inch tv and you'll need a few extra connectors to. You can get them at Best Buy

how do you connect a camera to the transmitter?

Connect the video/audio output from the camera to the video/Audio input on the Transmitter. Then connect the Receiver video output to a video monitor. Note: The transmitter video/audio cable that comes with the transmitter has to be change to whatever your camera uses.....BNC or RCA
