Was in need of iced therapy for my foot. Saw this and made the purchase. Item arrived quick. Came w/ 2 gel inserts. Instructions were super easy to understand. Let it freeze for up to 4 hrs prior to using. It felt great on my foot and kept the swelling down. The wrap stayed in place. The gel pack feels well made. They provide a litlle bag to keep it separate from evetuthing else in the fridge/freezer. It should last for years w/ proper use. Should anything change I'll be sure to edit my review.

Good ice pack for feet and ankles. Velcro faster helps keeping ice pack in place. Wish that it would stay cold longer.

I have pain in the instep arch area. These help greatly with the pain. they are so easy to use. The company even encloses food safe bags so if you need to freeze the pads, they wont pick up any, uh, "freezer" odors. they are a good price as well. I highly recommend them.

This cold therapy wrap is just wonderful. I’ve had a foot problem and it’s a great way to reduce swelling and pain.

It's a great idea and it keeps the icepack in contact with your skin. That's great in a way, but I got a cold burn from it because there's no protection between your skin and the icepack, which is a crazy design flaw. Make sure you put a towel or something between the ice pack and your skin while using this!

Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Perfect for when the tops of my feet get painful. I keep these in the fridge, comes with two cold packs so I can cool one foot and then swap out the cold pack and immediately do the other foot. Extremely easy to use and get wrapped around your foot, even if you have trouble reaching your feet sometimes. Not expensive at all and very well made. 👍🏻👍🏻

Works so great and the Velcro is a lot stronger and better made than I thought it would be so I’m extremely happy. And I was also worried the ice pack would be too hard to contour to my foot when frozen, but beyond my belief it works amazing and doesn’t have any issues contouring to my foot and it’s surprisingly comfortable and it stays cold for a lot longer than any flexible ice pack I have used before. It also comes with a freezer bag to store in the freezer.

Love these. They have helped to much with my foot pain. Can also use on wrist, elbows ect . Great product.

Perfect remedy for pain. Very comfortable and Highly recommended

Sometimes after 20 minutes, you might need more time to combat swelling, so make sure both packs are frozen before you start if you can. Make sure to take 15–20-minute break in between applications, to allow for return blood flow. Packs work well especially if foot is raised during process above or near heart level. Velcro-style wrap holds it in place well as long as you remain stationary. Good value for the money.
