I used to bring a cotton ball in a small bottle with some of these same essentials oils, and it helped a lot. These patches are a huge step up in how they apply the benefits of these oils continuously and without giving me something extra to keep track of. The smell is fairly mild, which I really appreciate because it doesn't bother my sensitivities, and it doesn't seem to be strong enough to affect those around me either. The adhesive sticks well to my skin, without causing any skin irritation, and they stay put surprisingly well. The cost is reasonable, especially considering how many packets you get to use. I really appreciate the natural help with acclimating to altitude, and the ease of use these provide. I would absolutely buy these again. Very handy to keep in my travel bag for when I need it. When I have them on, it's easy to forget because they feel subtle on my skin. They also take up very little space in my bag. A win all around!

These patches are life-safers for travelling to high- altitude places! They are easy to use and very discreet, you can barely see one. I apply it a few hours before and don’t experience any nausea, headache or shortness of breath. The best part is the patches have all natural ingredients so there is no side effects. I love that they are so effective and not harmful for my body.

The patches are great, they stick on good like a bandaid and seemed to help with altitude sickness when I visited Colorado. After applying, it was easy to forget I was wearing these, and there were no negative side effects. Definitely better than nothing and not too expensive.

Great product. Works well, just one issue. The patch that goes above the naval never last. You place one patch behind the ear and the other above the naval. The one be hind the ear stays tile you remove it. The one on the belly disappears, idk how clothes may rub against it.

Might work for some but I immediately had a reaction/rash at the exact spots I was using the patches. It’s been several days and the red spots are still present. Fading very slowly and they itch. It’s unfortunate as I really was looking forward to some altitude affects relief, but can’t use them. Note that I’m not overly suspectible to skin issues so this was a surprise for me.

We used this when we went to Peru and maybe it worked, maybe it didn't, we couldn't really tell. I had to take mine off after a day because my skin started to react (it reacts to everything). My husband still got a headache but no other issues.
