i had some discomfort in my shoulder from last 4 months. pain is unbearable. I try out this reusable shoulder snap warmer. This thing is like magic! It reminds me of a squishy gel lunch pack however there is a tiny metal piece floating around inside the gel that when you click it it activates some type of reaction that causes the entire pack to heat up. It is really neat actually and quite helpful to my shoulder. The way it is designed it allows the pack to sit up high on your shoulders without feeling uncomfortable or bulky. Once you are done using the pack you simply boil it and then let it sit for about 20 min and its ready to go again. This has helped me greatly.

The bag does not heat. The light indicating power input does come on when the bag is connected to a socket. But the bag does not heat. There are two possibilities: 1. This particular item is defective or, 2. The product is a scam.

There were lack of instructions on how to use it, after searching on the internet and checking reviews I found out they use water.This is quite okay ......but the thing which sucks the most is, now after almost 5-6months this doesn't work at all it doesn't heat up even a bit, even if I let it heat for hours.....

Perfect for pain releif. Works equally well in winters.

Empty pouch will comes. Have to fill water and put lock. Easy to use.
