14" Emily, Peach Girl, Hand Puppet

I bought 14" Emily. Really nice product for a child. Much too small for this grandpa's hands, or, I am sure, any man's. A 14" half-body is fine for a man but this is equivalent to a 10" because it has legs. Upon receipt tonight, impressed with its quality, I promptly ordered the 25" version. Features I like about this one include its cute face and its tubular, accessible arms and hands. Things I'm not thrilled with but which are still acceptable is that its hair is rather sparse in back, and the unrounded back of its head could be more humanlike-- it would be cuter. I am personally not fond of the red mouth and pink tongue/uvula look it comes with. I've found over years of puppetry that, while certainly comic, that flashing pink mouth distracts the young audience from the more important gestures and much more important dialog of the puppet. I wish the manufacturers could offer variants on their puppets, like more life-like dark mouths and long arms. The 25" version has long arms; I hope they are accessible from inside the puppet as this one's are. I also ordered some magic markers of incrementally darker gray shades to see if I can make the broad pink and red mouth progressively darker like a much smaller human mouth is. Nevertheless, the few minor quibbles I am expressing are nothing compared to the fine quality of this puppet. It is a beauty, and I'm glad I've found this company. They certainly have an excellent variety! Good for them. Lucky for me!

This was a gift for my little cousin and wow was he impressed. He has a ton of puppets and he said the quality of this one was outstanding! The puppet size was a lot bigger than expected and honestly this puppet is an insane quality for the price. I could not believe it myself, as I thought it looked and felt like the ones professionals use. Would totally purchase from this seller again!

It has lasted for all of my music classes and is super easy to use! 10/10 IMO

My 9-yo wanted a ventriloquist doll for her birthday, and she loves this. So easy to practice making the doll talk.

I bought 3 different puppets for triplets to play together and get off tablets. These are cute but smaller than I imagined. A little pricey than I thought they should be

Emily is perfect! I use her to help keep kindergarten students engages while teaching virtually, and I will continue with her when we go back to the classroom. She is used to help teach phonemic awareness. The kids love her.

I bought two for a great granddaughter and a great grandson. They love 💕 them. A long time ago, I bought Kenny for me. We have a lot of fun making up plays, songs etc using the puppets. 💛💚🧡

The puppet came right on time. It looked just like the picture and the kids at VBS loved her.

A bit expensive but worth it my daughter loves it

È la seconda che prendo e prenderò la terza, con i capelli neri. Facile da maneggiare. Unica pecca : rispetto all'altra che ho ha messo capelli in cima e sembra un pó calva. Le metterò delle ciocche con altra lana 😉
