Really well made cover, but the remote is not good
I just received this and was surprised at the high quality of the seat cover. It's a lot thicker and plush than the pictures can show. It would be a nice cover even without heat and air which is all it is good for right now because my remote will NOT charge so it doesn't work at all. I contacted the company and we will see how they handle this. My main concern is not that the seat cover won't last, but that the remote will die again in the near future. I think it's a really bad idea to have a rechargeable remote. Just use regular batteries! And, if you lose this remote, you are screwed. I will say this, it comes with a really cool magnetic holder that you can mount to an a/c vent. The instructions for installation are not great. I have a truck, so it fits great and the unit slides between the seat and seat back. So, if you drive a small car, this might not be a good fit for you. And BTW, if you drive a GM with beige leather interior, the Tan colored unit is almost an exact match. I really like the way it fits, but I have NO idea how it works. I hope the company is listening to the feedback because this is a common complaint. The remote arrives completely dead and you have to charge it before you can use it. I charged mine all night and it still doesn't work. Probably a bad battery. People don't want to get something they can't use immediately. It's like giving a kid a toy at Christmas and forgetting the batteries. Change your remote to batteries and your customers will be happier and it will be cheaper to manufacture. You're welcome. You can't send me my bonus check to my shipping address...

Not for cooling or heating -outer vinyl layer peeling off
Cooling or heating function is like a child's toy and noisy blower.after 3 years, outer vinyl layer is peeling off. its OK value -mehwas a nice cover for worn out seat

Not so great.
I like the color, material and custom-like fit of this seat heater. But that is all. It does not get warm enough for your lower back. And it doesn't cool well either. No air can be detected circulating when it's in cool mode. And within 4 months of purchasing, the remote broke. The return process is lengthy and they don't give you a good label. UPS wouldn't accept it and I had to modify the label or it would've been sent directly back to me, adding even more wait time!

The seat works great!! Blows strong and heats up hot good built quality. But I'm a tall guy and when I installed the Viotek V2 I feel like I'm sitting on a booster seat when I don't need one, and I can't get my seat to go down far enough to make it comfortable. Another thing to note is that if you have the Viotek V2 running and you turn the car off and your 12V charger doesn't go off when the car is turned off the seat will continue to run unless you actually turn off the unit by hand.

I am very disappointed in having to work this hard
Product did not work. Plug it in an nothing happens. I bought this for my son as a Christmas gift. His car was in the shop for an extended period of time. Once he got it back he was excited to put this in his car. As I said, nothing happened, no air, no heat. My husband and I are both engineers so we tried all the setting, in all of our cars and nothing ever worked. The product claims has a one year warranty. I wrote to the company to request a replacement. I have received a response and will try to exchange it. Seems like a simple product and it should have easily worked.

Control box hits spine
It didn't fit the seat I wanted to cover very well. The biggest issue was the control box was right at the crack between the bottom and back. When I sat on the chair I could feel this box hitting my spine. After driving for 4 hours I would be in pain.. but maybe be cool?

Great Seat
I bought this for my transport truck, and I am really impressed by the quality of this seat. All of the functions work well, and it is surprisingly comfortable considering how thin the actual seat is. At first, I thought it would be a lot thicker, but it works better at the size it currently is. Great materials and colour. I highly recommend it. :)However, I would love to see this product in materials other than leather. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.

Will drain battery dead
Before buying this, check your vehicle's charging outlet to make sure it doesn't stay on when the key is out. If it does then DON'T buy this product, since it will drain your battery dead in just a couple/few hours whenever you forget to unplug it.

Eigentlich 'ne toole Sache... aber:
...* Die Sitzmatte ist definitiv zu groß für einen Mazda MX5 (NB). Sitzfläche ginge ja noch, aber die Lehne ragt über bis zur Mitte der Kopfstütze.* Unter bzw. hinter dem Sitz ist zuwenig Platz für das Lüftergehäuse.Schade!

No customer service. No warranty.
Product is average. Customer service is poor. Contacted customer service about the remote control that wouldn't charge to use the product. Needless to say product returned as customer service didn't care. Good luck on warranty with this company.
