التزمت بالتعليمات التي بالمنتج اذا كانت الحرارة لا تناسبك قم بإضافة 60 ثانية. ثم قمة بإضافة الثواني (لان المنتج حرارته جدا قليلة { لا تشعر بالحرارة}) وعندما اخرجت المنتج رأيت دخان يخرج من المايكرويف

Fits great and very comfortable. Purchased this for my adult son who has been going to a chiropractor for neck and shoulder pain. He had been using a standard "rice bag" for applying local warmth but it would always slide off unless he was sitting absolutely still. We weren't expecting it to be as good as it is. This one fits perfectly and he can wear it while walking around and sitting at his computer. Holds the heat great and really helps sooth his aches, especially after a chiro session.
