Fits great and very comfortable. Purchased this for my adult son who has been going to a chiropractor for neck and shoulder pain. He had been using a standard "rice bag" for applying local warmth but it would always slide off unless he was sitting absolutely still. We weren't expecting it to be as good as it is. This one fits perfectly and he can wear it while walking around and sitting at his computer. Holds the heat great and really helps sooth his aches, especially after a chiro session.

I bought this for my mom because she tends to be sore around her shoulders and neck from work. She loves this! It holds heat very well and she even doses off from the pleasant smell and moist heat therapy it gives off.
