It was a Christmas gift for my 11 year old. Thankfully ours was all ok, cable was included and fit properly. I know other’s weren’t so lucky- shouldn’t be counting on luck when you are purchasing something though.Anyways, my son is very lean so he isn’t heavy and he only used to scooter indoors so far but the batteries only last for 10 minutes or so on a full charge overnight.Also there is no indication whether the batteries are fully charged or not. If it’s charged sufficiently the indicator turns green even if it’s not been charging long…Otherwise it works great.

Please could someone contact me as this was purchased in October ready for a Christmas present for our nine year old son.We put it on charge immediately from opening and it doesn’t hold more than 60 seconds charge and stops working.We’ve left it charging overnight and it doesn’t work still.All original packaging and hasn’t been used outside - just on a carpeted lounge floor.

Great gift for my 7 year old ..

I bought this for my son's birthday. He opened it on the Friday and by the Saturday it was broke. It doesn't hold charge, it doesn't turn on. He used it for less than an hour and then had these problems. Sending it back and buying a different brand. Even the service I received from Amazon on this occasion was absolutely ridiculous they didn't want to help in any way, shape or form. Luckily I can send it back. But I'll be refraining from using Amazon as much as I did.

Nothing bad to say about this order. Quick delivery, arrived in perfect condition. Hoverboard is great value for money. My daughter is 10. Loves it! Loves the Bluetooth and the lights. Easy charged, and has kept its charge for use up to now 😀

Really fun to use but charger was faulty after charging it once finding it difficult to contact to get a replacement.

Got this for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas. We’ve had it 3 days so f at and it’s been great. It lasts about half an hour of constant use I think and takes a few hours to charge, but it does beep when the battery is running low (I think if you let it run out of charge it stops abruptly, but there is warning). She picked it up in about 10 mins and hasn’t got off it since, my 5 year old also uses it wi to ease. Would recommend as it’s inexpensive compared to some and does the job. Haven’t taken it outside yes. It it moved around the house easy enough.

My Segway doesn’t work properly & also it came with no charger so it can’t be charged

Great board but there are some downsides. I'm not really stoked that I don't have blue toothbrush butt toothbrush. I have a little speaker I can use, but it doesn't that great hover.

Been over a week now and still haven’t received my return mail-in form from Lemongreen…getting really upset now as I have limited time to return this product and I shouldn’t have to pay return postage for a defective item using Amazon return postage…if I don’t receive something next week, I’m calling my lawyer…getting very irrational with the inconvenience companies like this put us through…we live in a digital age and it should take no more than 2 mins to send a form via email or amazon link…still waiting on my prepaid postage!!!!Disappointing Christmas for my Autistic son as he loves gadgets like this….only to find out it doesn’t work at all. Funny how I paid nearly $200 for a device that only lights up when charging. Took me months to save up for something like this for my kid and left with the worst feeling as a parent…It puzzles me that a company sends me a product in a plain/blank cardboard box with no printed images on it or details of what’s in the box to begin with…I read the quick/detailed instructions thoroughly back to front and still have no good outcome on this device….and yes I am pretty proficient in technology and this should be a cake-walk….definitely defective and still curious if this is a bad company or just a simple fluke that passed inspection….I’ll be sending this product back in hopes they will rectify with a model that actually works!

We bought this for our 7 year old for Christmas and she’s obsessed. She’s on it all over the house for hours at a time. The battery lasts much longer than I anticipated and it charges pretty quickly.

This was a gift for my grandson. He loves it. I just wish it came in different colors. Otherwise it is just perfect.
